Sweetwater pond is less than a mile from the launch and is loaded with Redfish, flounder and certain times of the year speckle trout. All these species can be caught within 5 miles of the launch. Last Island is only 19 miles away and is home to some fantastic trout fishing May through July. Redfish can be caught year round. This is for the entire upstairs and the laundry facility. We are pet friendly but please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. 2 dog max. No cats. Excessive fur resulting in extra cleaning cost may be passed on.
