The house has been fully fitted to afford all the modern comforts one would expect. Including an electric heater fireplace in the living room that gives a very relaxing, comforting feeling. The home is on a 1/2 acre lot with a completely fenced in backyard, including an outside grill and a BRAND NEW concrete patio to enjoy with outdoor furniture and games. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and prepare meals with family and friends, for those who want to stay in and relax. A coffee bar, which includes a drip pot and Keurig, is provided in the kitchen, including all the other kitchen essentials. There are 5 smart TV’s & HIGH SPEED WI-FI for your technology.
