Located in a great neighborhood in Stateville and close to shopping and downtown.The Space:As you walk into the front door you will see the living room with a Twin XL Daybed and Twin XL trundle and couch. Open floor plan to dining room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee & machine, Blender, Stove, Microwave, Fridge, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and much more. Kitchen is a stacked as it can be. In the back is laundry room with washer/dryer & detergent free. Back door has small concrete patio with outdoor table and gas grill. To the left of living room is bedroom with queen bed and 55 inch 4k Roku TV. Closet has board games as needed and blankets for daybeds/trundle in living room. Enough parking for 6 vehicles.The spaceOUTSIDE HOME:* You will find the home located right next to Hazy Red Vineyards. There is a concrete and gravel driveway for you to be able to fit up to 6 vehicles and even a large camper if needed. You will see a beautiful 2 story home with cedar shutters, red door and porch with 2 red rocking chairs.* Backyard has a back deck with a few chairs and BBQ grill with propane and grilling supplies provided. Behind back deck is a fire pit with comfortable seating.
