It generates an alert if noise is over 75db during the day and over 65dB during the quite time. Noise sensor does not listen to conversations. It monitors the noise level only. • Pool is equipped with pool alarm system. By default it is in off mode. Please respect the house and clean up after yourself. 2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of these days, we would greatly appreciate it if you place the garbage bins at the curb the previous evening.3. Yard cleaning is performed once per week. It is typically done on Fridays. 4. Pool maintenance is conducted on a weekly basis. It is typically done on Tuesdays. It is recommended to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes after pool maintenance is completed.5. Please note we regularly spray the property for bugs and insects.
