It's located in the westernmost part of New York State, is a resort area centered around the famed Chautauqua Institution. Its western border is Lake Erie. Many wineries are just a short drive away. The home is located approximately 70 miles southwest of Buffalo, 50 miles northeast of Erie, PA and is served by the major airports in those cities as well as the Chautauqua County Airport. Interstate routes I-86 and I-90 connect with major eastern, Canadian and western cities and markets. Our climate is varied, parts being tempered by Lake Erie and parts at higher altitudes providing comfortable summers and snow cover for three major ski resort areas. This house has two bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and pull out chair bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed, and the living room has a pull-out queen in the living room with two additional chair/pull out twin mattresses. The house has 2 window air conditioners, a full-size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. You have high speed internet and a Roku TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon prime, and Disney Plus . You are 5 minutes from Bemus Point (via the stow ferry or the 86 bridge), the Chautauqua Institute, Prendergast boat launch (largest free launch on the lake), and Long Point state park. Mayville, Jamestown and Lakewood are very close by so you'll have lots of restaurants and entertainment options on and off the lake. There is a private fire pit and seating for 6 (the fire wood can be purchased at hogan's hut or many roadside stands). You’ll have access to a private yard and outdoor seating with a large shared lot for outdoor fun (back house is also a VRBO I own). At hogan's hut you can get all your fishing gear, great coffee, subs, and soft serve ice cream! There is one neighbor to the side and no other neighbors nearby. The driveway is 2 cars wide and very long so there should be plenty of parking.
