The property is next to the bus and tram stops that goes to Nottingham city centre. Perfect for families or contractors.This versatile property has 3 large and comfortable double bedrooms - the beds can be separated for 2 sharers or linked together for a couple. There is one further smaller bedroom with a double bed.There is a spacious shared bathroom upstairs with both a shower and a bath. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a home away from home, a large family-style open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas and a 50” Smart TV and a dining area that overlooks the patio and garden.
