Both terraces have sea views, so you can choose the right one at any time, depending on the sun and wind.The apartment can be reached on the top floor by elevator. This perfect location gives you sea views from both terraces. With a bedroom, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sofa bed in the living room, up to four people can live here. As parking spaces in the region are becoming increasingly scarce, you can look forward to a free parking space in the underground garage, which belongs to this apartment. If the way to the famous beach "La Tejita" (approx. 300m) is too far, the complex has two pools (a small one for children).Freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances, dishes, cutlery and cookware. If you want to stay longer, the washing machine is also at your disposal.
