Trailside Villa Suite is located in an upscale area in our City of Duncan BC Canada. Our suite is private , with a key lock entry. You will not share the space with anyone else. We have approx 400 sq. Ft. of living space for the unit. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The quests are happy with the 4 piece bathroom , as some like to soak in the tub at the end of a big day. The little kitchen area has all the essentials for a microwave meal, coffee, tea, toast etc. The suite is on the garden side of our home where you will enjoy our pond , bushes and flowers as well as your private outside deck which is very peaceful . We are close to the hospital, grocery stores, laundry mat, restaurants and pubs. Duncan is situated between Victoria BC and Nanaimo BC , and is therefore a perfect destination for all your day trips and sight seeing adventures. Near beautiful trails and set in a quiet neighbourhood, this suite is perfect for a weekend break or even longer. It has everything you need but is not far from the local town.This newly renovated suite has its own private entrance and large deck. With home comforts in mind, there is a comfy sleeping area with a queen bed and closet. The sitting room area has a queen sofa bed, electric fireplace and tv. There is also a dining area and desk/dressing table area.The suite also has a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.There is an outdoor soft tub on the deck for relaxing and watching the sunsets.Our suite can sleep up to four adults but it is more suited for individuals/couples and people with younger children.We are happy to provide baby items such as high chair, travel crib, baby bath and toys, games and books for all ages.
