The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. The Bay is protected from rough waves and is well known for its calm water, which is excellent for children. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling, especially at either end of the bay, where it is rocky wher you can find a variety of sea creatures and seashells. From this elevated location we have seen rays, turtles, barracudas, dolphins and other fish swimming by. A hammock ensures relaxation, and our two- two person kayaks will enable you to explore the numerous reefs just offshore. The house has all the amenities you need: a newly installed generator connected to whole house CENTRAL AIR conditioner, a flat screen TV and newly installed StarLInk internet and TV connection.
