Perfectly located with an easy 15 minute drive into Byron Bay and it's world famous beaches, restaurants, shops and music venues and a short drive to the many national parks and quaint hinterland villages, including Newrybar, Federal, Clunes and Mullumbimby. An area rich in music, art , yoga, and all creative pursuits as well as world class festivals including the Writers Festival, Blues Festival, Splendour in the Grass, International Film Festival , Flickerfest to name a few. This modern , freshly renovated accommodation is full of charm and individuality. The bedroom has a Q/S bed and single bed with quality linen and towels. It is locked off from the main house but is part of the main residence. It has it's own entrance, and parking space from where you follow the garden pathway (guided by lights at night) to your apartment. You will have use of the in ground pool set in the lush rain forest right in front of your guest suite.The entire guest suite has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated throughout.The new queen size bed is of the highest quality guaranteeing a good nights sleep. There is a bar fridge with kettle, coffee and tea available.PLEASE NOTE: This is strictly for NON SMOKERS inside and outside ( both cigarettes and vapes). Accommodation for maximum of two people.
