And a spacious bathroom with a shower and a deep tub where you can soak away the weariness from a day of activities. The Living Room area has a comfortable corner couch with a decorative fireplace and a smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts. When you reach the second flour you’ll be met with a small sitting area and a kids play area stocked with a toy kitchen, puzzles and toys. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. During the 1860s, the Pennsylvania Railroad Company laid tracks through the villages and farms, with the railroad line passing just across the road. For the next century, the building served as a residence on one side and a general store and post office on the other, becoming a frequent stop for travelers, railroad workers, and locals alike.In 2018, the Fisher family purchased the home, and they proceeded to update the residence and renovate the store, opening the Brickhouse Coffee & Kitchen later that same year. The cafe has been a hit with locals ever since, boasting a fantastic menu for breakfast and lunch, as well as a cold case with baked goods and drinks. Each guest of the vacation home receives a complimentary voucher for any beverage.As an Amish-owned home, there is no TV available, allowing families to disconnect from distractions and spend quality time together.
