Easy access to UVA (11miles), the Downtown Mall of C'ville (13mi), and numerous vineyards and breweries on the West side of town. Starhill Brewery, Blue Mountain Brewery, King Family Vineyard, Historic Monticello, Carter's mountain, Afton tunnel and see Chile's Orchard and Farmer's Market all within a 20 minute drive! Our studio is also located with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and Appalacian Trail. The wooded area has glimpses of the Blue Ridge Mountains and has a private and comfy feel. Our spaces is an apartment on the top floor of an auxillary building on our property. Two queen bedrooms (one with an en suite full bathroom) are located on the second floor. The ground level contains a kitchen, open dining and living room with a convertible twin bed, full bathroom, laundry closet, and a deck with pergola and outdoor seating. The house is fully stocked with linens, stoneware dishes, pot and pans, kitchen appliances, as well as extra pillows and blankets. There is a 40" Roku enabled TV in living room (bring your own login info for Netflix, etc). High speed wi-fi. Hardwood floors throughout.
