This property is on the Yampa River with private fishing 30 feet out your back door. The unit has a southern exposure so even in the winter, the sunshine makes it very comfortable to relax outdoors. The oversized bedroom has 3 beds and can sleep 5. If you are visiting Steamboat while working remotely or looking for a long-term rental and want to be in town to seize a property when it becomes available this property is for you. It is a 10 minute drive to the Meadows parking lot, and 15 minutes from your door to the gondola base area. The property is fully furnished and includes all utilities, high speed internet, streaming TV. We are close to the bus route and the core trail is adjacent to the property.
