Examples of house parties include any event greater than the max occupancy , any complaints for noise from neighbors, police being called for noise regardless of number of people staying. Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Honolulu Occupancy and Municipal code regarding Disturbing the peace.-Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the property city lodging permit2) Out of respect for neighbors and per HOA requirements QUIET HOURS are between 10pm-8am everyday and strictly enforced. Tenants must comply with this rule pertaining to acceptable decibel levels , 55 DBA (8am-10pm) and 50 DBA (10pm-8am).
