Come and enjoy our private 40-acre gated cattle ranch, the Bunkhouse Studio Apartment located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay. We offer a volleyball court, fishing pond, home gym, boat parking, RV hookups, coolers, BBQ pits, a basketball goal, bikes, and green machines. The Bunkhouse is a 716 sq. ft. full guest studio apartment with 3 separate bedroom spaces, 1 bathroom, a fully functional kitchen (including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and large oven), and a coffee maker.Our outdoor paradise features a Saltwater pool, waterfalls, mermaids, a hot tub, a surround sound system in the pool and patio, an outdoor kitchen, an air-conditioned bathroom, and a separate outdoor shower for your guests. There's no curfew, and we're family, party, and business-friendly. Pets are welcome.
