Where do I start with reviewing Hotel Seppl?? Yes, the hotel was gorgeous, the food was fantastic and the pool was stunning, but it's the staff who made this hotel. During our stay we got engaged and my partner asked at the reception if there was any way he could arrange a surprise for me in the room to celebrate. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like the only couple they had in the hotel. The cleaning team were amazing and put together a display in our room (see photos) and the bar/restaurant staff were so incredible! Thank you so much to Damos (Yamas!), Marina, the chefs and the cleaning team (apologies, I couldn't get all your names!) and a special mention goes to Rosa who, genuinely, is a kindred spirit and such an amazing person. My understanding is that the staff are on rotation around Innsbruck and honestly, Hotel Seppl will not be the same without this amazing team! Thank you all so much for making our holiday and engagement one we will never forget.

Definitely does not deserve 4 stars. Besides the very friendly staff, everything was disappointing. Our room had a balcony overlooking the parking instead of the nice view advertised. No curtain in the bathroom, dirty bathrobes, instructions for a non existing safe, glasses on the table but no drinks, no "resupply" at breakfast. Poor value for money !

For a 4 star hotel I must admit I was disappointed In our room the safe was locked and could not be used, The shower door was broken so it could not be used. Rubbish from the last guest still in the drawers , used tissues left on the heater in the bathroom, the lamp in the room not working. no internet connection _ wlan, and not being told about this on arrival or the next day. Requested by email a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my partners birthday, there was nothing on arrival or the rest of our stay there, No welcome drink on arrival, but during our stay we saw every new guest offered this welcome drink, We had to complain twice and wrer then given a new room, which was better. The breakfast was good but had no outstanding offers, however the staff were very good. The views from the hotel is amazing, but don't ask them to book you a taxi, as the receptionist seemed very annoyed at my request and when we arrived at the entrance of the hotel, there was no taxi waiting, we waited for 10 minutes then went over to the reception to ask about the taxi, and was told " oh yeah I tried two places but got no reply so I did not try again, -The request was made three hours before we were due to leave, so enough time to find a Taxi or inform me that there was no Taxi's available, Overall I would not return to this hotel,

Hotel Seppl is a great place to stay if you are in Innsbruck. While the hotel is located in a nearby little town called Mutters, it's well connected via tram to the city center. The views from this hotel are stunning. There are several hiking trails in the area that you can access via foot. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was just absolutely delicious with local breads, butter and cheeses. The dining staff was also very friendly. The room has all the basics like hairdryer, toiletries etc. The only thing missing was a hot water kettle or any provisions for coffee and tea, which wasn't that a big deal. The hotel reception closes at 9:30 pm, something to keep in mind if you plan on a late check in. The hotel does have free parking, but it tends to get full later in the evening. There are also a few EV charging spots in the parking lot. Overall, we loved our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel!

The view and grounds were fantastic. The staff could have been more attentive when we were sitting the bar area playing cards.

Beautiful views, convenient countryside location and friendly attentive staff. We had a "sports room" which contained an exercise bike and medicine balls, the only downside to the room was a bathroom which was in front of the windows and open to the bedroom. The shower was an attachment over the bath. However there was a lovely balcony. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. We will book a half board package next time.

Lovely hotel with great views. We had an overnight stay whilst travelling by motorcycle. Very clean room comfortable bed and lots of towels, robes and slippers for access to the spa. Afternoon tea was very good. There was no evening meal available as it was Sunday but plenty of alternatives nearby! Breakfast was very good with a massive selection of breads, cheeses and meats as well as fruits yoghurts etc. My wife tried out the spa and indoor pool there’s also an outdoor pool and sun deck. I liked the “Honesty” bar where you helped yourself to drinks from the fridge and wrote your details on a sheet of paper and paid at checkout! We would love to come back for a longer stay and explore the area more!

Great family-run hotel. Very friendly staff and owner. Extremely accommodating. There is a nice inside pool and a lovely outside swimming pond. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Breakfast is fantastic. I would love to come back here again next year!

A charming small hotel, with the friendliest of staff! For three days there we felt like family. We were in a big room with a bathtub inside and a balcony with a splendid view. Very clean rooms, all areas very well maintained, like new. Has a beautiful swimming pond! We were so in love with the hotel that we did not want to leave and booked one more night. Highly recommend!
