We came from Iceland, Oleksandr and Svitlana. We really liked the hotel, had a great time, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Excellent service, rooms were cleaned every day, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The cuisine is varied, a huge selection of both local and European dishes. Special thanks to Sara, Pasindu, Dilhara, Sankaja, Chathuri. Every question we had was answered.

We did a cultural tour of Sri Lanka before arriving at the Pandanus Hotel for 5 days relaxation. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Out of all of the 8 hotels across Sri Lanka that we stayed in, this one was the best. 1. The staff cannot do enough for you and we’re so responsive to every need.. 2 the food was exceptional and even when there was something I wanted for breakfast that was not there, they not only cooked it for me but served it to me every morning without even me asking. 3 The hotel was so clean throughout and our room met all of our needs and despite there being no bathrobes , we requested them and they were there in minutes. 4. The sunsets each evening on the terrace were just outstanding . We would also like to recommend the tuk tuk driver who came for us everyday, took us to anywhere we wanted, was incredibly safe and a real gentleman. His details are Nihal Tours +94 (0) 916 8996. Our stay at Pandanus Beach resort was very nice! The staff were great, polite and very helpful, as was the room service. One employee named Amila particularly stood out to us. As soon as we entered the pool area, we were immediately given towels and assigned suitable loungers. The food was very tasty if you like Asian food. You have to be open to new things. However, there was actually something to suit your taste every day. The only negative point is the people on the beach and on the loungers who approached you and tried to sell you things, but the hotel has nothing to do with that. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we would love to come back.

The lobby staff ravi chathuri Sara anjana tharusha pasindu ajith heshan were very helpful food is good I recommend the club sandwich it’s very delicious rooms were clean after housekeeping and tips are appreciated nice views of the Indian Ocean and good swimming pool overall a good experience

We had a fantastic two weeks at the Pandanus Hotel in March, the location directly on the beach quiet beach is perfect. The hotel room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The restaurant served a varied selection of delicious meals and are willing to accommodate a special dietary needs. All staff were courteous and very helpful . I would definitely look to rebook next time we are in Sri Lanka.
