I recently stayed at Stay 10 Service Apartment located at 82, Shakti Nagar, Bengali Square, Indore, and had a very good experience overall. The location is excellent — well-connected to major parts of the city, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful environment. It's close to shops, restaurants, and local transportation, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture and amenities provided (like AC, TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchenette) made the stay very comfortable. I especially appreciated the small homely touches like neatly arranged essentials and a cozy vibe. Housekeeping services were regular and efficient. The staff is polite, cooperative, and attentive to guest needs. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They were prompt whenever we requested anything, which made the stay even more hassle-free. In terms of food, they offer basic meal options, and while the variety could be improved, the quality and taste were good. Alternatively, ordering from nearby restaurants is easy too. The pricing is reasonable considering the facilities, location, and service quality. It’s a great value-for-money option for families, solo travelers, or even long-term stays.

stay 10 facility is good. but to improve cleanliness. there are no cups /glasses provided. no attendant was present.

The rooms were not ready even after calling and informing prior to our arrival. Only one boy was working as receptionist and caretaker. We had to wait for every little thing. He tried to act as A/C repair person as well. Sadly, the A/C did not work. The plumbing and fixtures in bathrooms are of low quality, ill maintained and leaking. The sofa covers are all stained and dirty. There was dust in the corners and Cockroaches here and there. There was utter disregard for cleanliness and service. While they did address some issues, we had to ask for everything.
