Come enjoy the comforts of Scotch Pine 1310 for your next vacation! This is a top-floor unit in the end building, next to the walking path to Table Rock Lake. There is no walkway in front of the bedrooms which makes the perfect quiet getaway! There is an open living space with a kitchen and dining area. This updated condo offers granite countertops, stone accents, plus marble and Pergo flooring throughout the main level. A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and hot water tap. Private deck access from the main living area and large windows with great views of the lake and wildlife. The main living area plus 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, the loft area is upstairs overlooking the main living area. There are King-size beds in the master and loft area, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and loft area has a queen-size futon. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo and the 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower. The loft area has a door and privacy curtain to close this area off from downstairs making a second master suite. The large window cut-outs above the main living area give extra lake views to the loft area. A separate laundry area for a full-size washer and dryer. This condo offers an additional living space upstairs! For those who have difficulty navigating stairs, this unit may not be ideal. Contact us to find the perfect place for you!
