The owner is very rude and is a bully. He yells at guest in an attempt to intimidate them and are threatened with being kicked out. The owner is disrespectful to all his guest. The owner has several guest living there as their home, the owner knows thus and takes advantage of guests situations. Most guest pay for extended ount of days and he will kick you out and not refund for the days prepaid. If you ask for refund he will yell and threaten to call police. Advice: the owner is not allowed to keep your money and this is theft! He can ask you to leave his property but legally cannot keep your money. The owner thrives on deceptive business practices by keeping your money and does not follow through with awrvices you paid for. Stay away from this place. Continental breakfast is a joke and so is the cleanliness.

This was a good hotel. Friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was fresh.

Pool was closed . My wife got stuck in the bath room .She could not pull the door open after she closed it .No plug in the bathtub so she could not take a bath . I had to go buy a stopper myself . the office would not supply one . The smoke detector chirped for two days . NOT Happy!!

Check-in was great, room appeared clean upon arrival but when you take off your shoes it was bad. House keeping comes very early in the morning and leave at lunch so those of us who work late at night don't get the luxury of a made bed, fresh sheets or, clean towels. Breakfast had 2 options but it is based on first come first serve. All in all..... Not satisfied at all

To start the internet was bad, could not use two devices simultaneously. The TV likely had internet channels instead of true cable was therefore almost unwatchable due to the bad internet. The bathroom light was constantly flickering in the bathroom. These things would not have earned it a terrible rating, however, there was a leak in the room overnight, either from the air conditioner which was very loud or worse possibly through the wall due to the storm the previous night. My daughter had a fabric computer bag on the floor next to the air conditioner and it was wet the next morning causing damage to a reference book and other paper items in the bag. Uncertain about the electronic charger condition as it has not yet been used. The desk clerk offered a 15% off for our next stay at that Days Inn which was declined since we are not going back there. Then they offered 15% refund on the stay after I stated I was not staying at another Days Inn and mentioned I would check with my insurance. The manager he contacted finally approved a 20% refund which I accepted at the time as we needed to get on the road to avoid deteriorating weather conditions on our route. The 20% refund would not cover the replacement cost of the damaged items. I will be confirming they actually did implement the refund. I would not recommend this location.

Roaches in room.no amenities Drink machine in lobby broken.pool closed.they tell you on phone that pool is being remodeled wrong just covered.staff rude.you have to ask staff for replacement of breakfast items at 7am when breakfast starts at 6am.
