It was a nice stay here in Avida, and one thing I really love during our stay here was the location of our room, perfect sunset and city lights view. The room was neat and clean as well but unfortunately, there was no extra bedsheet for extra bed 🙃.Overall, it was a great experience!

The Hotel is okey. Just need to contact the property one day before to prepare the room for check in for no hazzle. The aminities is good. Friendly for the kids. Kids can play and free access in the swimming pool.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t a great experience. There were NO TOWELS provided, and the bedsheets felt dusty and looks old—definitely not as clean or fresh as we expected. It would be better if they provided newer, cleaner linens to make guests feel more comfortable. Unlike other Airbnbs, there was no host to message or contact directly for help, which made things more frustrating. The pool itself was nice, but it was inconvenient that no towels were provided—especially with kids, it made things difficult after swimming. The AC in our room was extremely loud, like an open pipe of a motorcycle and too disturbing to sleep with. We ended up turning it off and just used the fan. I hope I just chose a different Airbnb or just booked a hotel. The host should make improvements for future guests.

Horrible. I'll stick to hotels. Checking in was like pulling teeth. Had to call a number, upload ID & photo online, and then everyone in our party had to have our ID's or else we couldn't stay. Tower number, nor room number was given to me in the booking confirmation. "Receptionist" or butler & guard couldn't look up my name nor the confirmation. An absolute hassle. To top it off, we were rudely harrased by the guard when trying to use the swimming pool the next morning. Oh, and the condo was swarming with roaches. The check out processed required us to leave the key inside the condo with the door unlocked. Just imagine someone stealing everything and they try blaming us. Do yourself a favor and stick to a hotel. This place is ran like a prison.
