우리는 미소를 지으며 정중한 안내원의 인사를 받았으며 그녀가 우리 방 등을 정리하는 동안 카바 한 잔을 제공했습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 아침 식사는 일반적으로 모두를 위해 제공되며 호텔은 예외적입니다.

這個酒店性價比很高～ 早飯可以的好吃的！

격일로 청소부는 화장지, 수건 및 수프로 방을 채우는 것을 잊었습니다. 리셉션에 내려가서 해당 항목을 여러 번 요청해야 했습니다. 수영장 옆에서 점심을 먹을 때도 셔츠를 입고 앉아야 합니다. 작은 디테일이지만 더운 날씨에 많은 일을 합니다.

2개의 Bonanza 호텔이 있다는 것을 알아야 합니다. 보난자 공원과 보난자 비치. 그들은 앞에 있고 같은 관리(매우 비슷한 가격)이지만 같은 혜택을 누릴 권리를 주지 않습니다. 이로 인해 무엇을 할 수 있고 무엇을 할 수 없는지에 대한 통제력이 완전히 부족합니다. 리셉션 직원은 알지 못하며 정보가 부족하고 교육이 부족합니다. 그들은 정리 방법을 배워야 합니다 ****, 리셉션에 전문 환대 직원이 부족합니다. 시설면에서 호텔은 매우 멋집니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋고 식당 직원은 친절하고 환영합니다. 나는 이 호텔이 가지고 있는 혼란과 교육 부족으로 직원들이 떠나는 나쁜 감정 때문에 이 호텔로 돌아오지 않을 것입니다.

Warm welcome from Eva the manager from the moment we arrived until we left she was always very helpful. Every hotel needs a manager like this. Suitable for couples and older people. No facilities for children. Excellent tennis courts, table tennis and pitch and putt. Fabulous team, especially Mari (housekeeping), Laura ( pool bar), Camila and Gaby ( reception) , Joseph ( bar) and Kelly (breakfast). Breakfast has everything you need and you can choose to eat out on the terrace and people watch. Lovely fresh fruit, continental choices or cooked breakfast. You are not going to get English bacon. Very clean, rooms could do with more drawers and perhaps the hotel should consider that towels do not need changing every day. Plenty of hangers, fridge annd toiletries replaced daily, Excellent view from the balcony and easy access to the pool from floor two. Two relaxing pools, upper area has music and is next to the pool bar. Lower pool is quieter. Large portions and freshly cooked. We went half board . Dinner served in sister hotel. Strict dress code of long trousers for men although scruffy jeans are accepted tailored shorts are not. Women can wear what they like.Fancy international canteen with table linens. Food served warm not hot. Themed nights. If you just want to eat it is fine but if food is an important part of your holiday you will be disappointed. . Expect to pay or sign immediately for any drinks. No tea or cofffee. Small water 3 euros. As soon as you put your cutlery down your plates will be removed. Convenient especially as there are few local restaurants. You should always be able to find something to eat and the food is well presented at the start of service. They want you in and out as quickly as possible as there are often queues. Plenty of beds at pool, these are in need of replacement as they are not very comfortable some really sag. More parasols needed on lower pool. There are some lovely beaches nearby, limited restaurants and other facilities. Excellent bus service into Palma although the return buses are very crowded. This is good value for money - for those who complain where else would you find such good value at this price. Clean friendly and comfortable. If you want more, pay the extra money and stay across the road in the sister hotel, which is busier, more crowded, although the facilities are shared all except the pools. Great place for a short break. I would return. My rating is based on value for money, a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I booked a Junior suite at The Bonanza Park Hotel based on the photos of their website, description and the reputation of Olivia Hotels. Unfortunately, the Junior Suite that we were initially offered was unmodernised, dreary & the plastic curtains were closed to keep out the sun. Opening the curtains revealed filthy windows. The suite was extremely hot despite the air con running at maximum strength. As you can guess this suite was nothing like the photos on The Bonanza Park's website. Returning to Reception we were offered a further suite on a lower floor and checked it out accompanied by a staff member. This suite, also unmodernised, was DARK and had a bad smell, like a musty smell which the staff member mentioned had been present for the last few weeks. Returning to Reception once again, we were then offered a Bungalow. We were horrified that this turned out to be like the previous suites - unmodernised and also smelled musty. Returning to Reception a final time we asked to speak with a manager, however no manager ever arrived and the Receptionist ignored us while dealing with other customers. By this time we had been at the hotel for over one hour - we are an older couple and were getting tired and distressed. We eventually were told that there was a manager at their sister hotel Bonanza Playa and spoke to a charming manager who stated that it was company policy not to give refunds, but could offer us a standard room. Given the lack of choice, we had no alternative other than to accept an inferior product to what we had booked. The Company has stated that it would provide no refund, or even a partial refund, on the basis that it was company policy not to do so for a prepaid non-refundable rate. This policy is maintained regardless of whether or not Olivia Hotels provides the room that has been contractually booked!!! NEVER AGAIN. AVOID.

We enjoyed our stay!) Especially super grateful for the late check out, it didn’t cost too much, but saved the whole day near beach:) Location is great, 3-5 minutes from the Illetes beach as well! The bus stop to the Palma located right next to the hotel! Overall we did have a good time! Thank you!

A very peaceful & relaxed location, no noisy bars anywhere near hotel. Breakfast really nice. What made our holiday so special was the staff as they are the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever come across, Thanks,
