The pillows was the fluffiest I have ever slept on. Staff was full of help and willing to go out of their way for the guests. Lots of food choices catering to all tastes. Willing to return in future years to come. Very near the beach only a 2 minute walk. The facilities was top notch could not beat any of them.

To start ws lovely reception staff were great, The rest of the staff are miserable and the food is poor to say the least, we were served ball of dirt as breaded mushrooms and staff didn't give a crap, Waiting to see what hanes say about it but it's disgusting.

I was very satisfied, the size of the hotel is very large, although it is crowded inside, there is no density. Having 4-5 open bars pleased me quite a lot. Activities were very appropriate and continuous, and it was nice for us that the hotel was crowded compared to the surrounding hotels because other hotels were very empty.

We have just arrived at this hotel, 2::15am, and we are absolutely appalled at the reception. The receptionist Fatima did not welcome us, asked my husband to fill in check in forms with passport details ( a job she should be doing herself as the receptionist and the first face for this hotel). We were taken to our room, to our horror only space for 3 people to sleep, one double bed and one single bed. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 8yrs and 11yrs (who are expected to share a single bed for 2 weeks) We are booked in a “standard double room” for 4 people, so any standard room we expect simple and standard but a minimum of being able to sleep 4. To our disgust the lady at reception was rude, no customer service, no apology, no solution just “its all we have and thats all you will get, thats what you booked” We are here for 14nights and i dread my first day in the morning. No English speaking manager, the receptionist could hardly speak English herself, but said “i can speak German” and when I continued to complain all she did was call the “Night Manager” who spoke loudly and walked off. My children were tired and distressed and I dread whats to come. AVOID THIS HOTEL if you are a family with children and expect to have enough room to sleep 2 kids and 2 adults in one room. Pictures included are of a fold bed placed in a already small room, where it is not safe to move around without trapping your foot unless you want to climb over the bed. This is not 1 star service let alone 4 star. Shame on this hotel for advertising sleeps 4 and provides room for 3 only.

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

Very good option for family break. A few practical information.. The beach is 5 min walk from hotel, or you can avail the shuttle from the hotel . There is a dedicated section of the beach for the hotel with sunbeds and shades. There is also a snack and drink bar at the beach for the hotel customer. All snacks are free except the fresh juices. The safe in the room is 2.5 euro per day. Internet is available for free in the lobby and room only. Lots of shopping options inside and outside the hotel. Customer service is very good. PCR test facility available inside the hotel at the cost of 17 euro per person. A lot of variety of food options that mostly changes daily.

Ich fahre seid vielen Jahren in dieses Hotel und jedes mal ist es was ganz besonderes. Jedes Mal wenn ich da bin hat dieses schöne hotel immer eine andere Atmosphäre und es wir auch nie langweilig das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit die Angebote des hotels sind weit aus mehr aus in anderen hotels und die Events oder auch bessere gesagt die Shows und die Mimidisco sind ein schöner Abschluss für den Tag wo bei man sich entspannen und lachen kann

Super Hotel für Familien mit Kindern egal in welchem Alter! Für jedes Alter etwas dabei ❤️ tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen ist einwandfrei und es gibt eine große Auswahl, inkl. Kinderbuffet. Gerne wieder !
