팔라스 일리카(Palas Ilıca)

Hotel design was fabulous a dream room surrounded by flowers. But the best part is the service and attention given by hotel manager Deniz. We felt that we were in good hands everything will be solved with grace thanks a lot. Hotel is a very good location 10 mins walk on the left and you’re in Yıldızburnu, 10 mins walk on the right hand side and you are at Ilıca beach these two beaches are back to back thus when one is windy otther one is calm 👍👍👍

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022 and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. The rooms were outdated and everything was rusty. The towels and bed sheets were stained with yellow spots and there was mold and exposed electrical wires on the walls. The breakfast was incredibly bad and we only ate it on the first day of our 5-day stay. The website descriptions were misleading and most of the items promised were not available in the room (WIFI basically not functioning, not room safe, no desk, minibar not working etc.). The pictures shown on travel agencies were either outdated or completely fabricated. For a true representation of the room's condition (rust, mold, and wires), you can refer to my pictures in the review. I would never recommend this hotel and I took legal action against the travel agency to recover some of the costs. We won the lawsuit this week and will receive a 50% refund of the expenses.

Absolutely loved Palas Ilıca! Initially booked 3 nights but it surely felt like home so we extended our stay to 6 nights. Very clean, comfortable and cute rooms and outdoor breakfast area. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again and again. Teşekkürler Palas Ilıca ekibi.

Kaldığımız oda o kadar küçüktü ki balkona geçebilmek için yatakla duvar arasındaki 20 cm lik boşluktan duvara ve yatağa sürtünerek geçiyorsunuz. Ama sırf banyo ve tuvaletinin temizliği için bile güvenle kalınabilir. Bembeyaz ve pırıl pırıl bir banyo ile karşılaştık. Temizlik konusunda tam puan. Yalnız oda zeminindeki halı flex yerine başka bir çözüm bulmaları gerekiyor. O halılar ne kadar temizlensede bakteri üretmeye çok müsait ve hijyenik değil. Kahvaltıları normal kalitedeydi. Genel olarak odanın ve otelin fiyatı ödediğimiz ücretin çok çok altında olmalıydı ama pandemi ve bayram tatilini fırsat bilen tüm işletmeler fiyatlarını şişirdiler. Sırf banyosunun fotoğraflarını gördükten sonra en azından temiz diyerek 1 gece konakladık. Kısa konaklamalar için ideal ama uzun süreler için o fiyatları asla karşılamıyor.

We have had an amazing stay with a super friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious and varied breakfast, great location near ilica public beach and the minibus to Cesme Center or Alacati was leaving directly from the door.

Exceptional service and wonderful staffs. It was an amazing short stay. It could not have been any better.

Me gusto mucho el desayuno turco. El hotel es pequeño, limpio y adecuado ofrece lo necesario para el viajero.

İlk giriş anından itibaren her zaman çok misafirperverler :) odalar ***et temiz, kahvaltıları lezzetli fazlasıyla kibar ve konaklama boyunca mutlu olmanız için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Bir gün önce içtiğiniz kahveyi bile hatırlama nezaketindeler :)
