Wonderful experience with nice staff & nice hospitality, good view, good food. Highly recommended place to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Munnar Ice Queen. The room facilities and accessories were excellent everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was another highlight of our visit; the water was clean and perfectly chilled, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. The food quality exceeded our expectations, especially both breakfast and dinner were fabulous . The meals were delicious, well-prepared, and offered a good variety to suit different tastes. The staff were extremely well-disciplined and polite, always maintaining proper hygiene, which made us feel safe and well cared for. Moreover, the price was very pocket-friendly considering the range of facilities and quality of service provided. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone for staying in Munnar.

The Ice Queen felt like a natural home away from home. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful.The restaurant was amazing and the food quality was also very good.

Hotel location, staff, rooms, bathroom were up to the mark. Will surely visit again. Also wil refer to friends and relatives . Peaceful stay. I stayed for 2 nights with family. Swimming pool was cleaned properly and well maintained. Food also tast

Wonderfully large room and a really comfortable bed! Super clean. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as the hillside setting means lots of steps down to the restaurant and even more down to the pool. Breakfast offered very little choice for western taste and frankly was a disappointment, however we didn't starve and on the second morning we requested a pot of black tea with separate milk and soft boiled eggs (this took a while to describe as most staff speak little English) which were perfect. Choice of breads for toast would be good. We are once in the evening which was nice. Not much around so difficult to go out to eat.

Food is not good and not properly cooked and the hotel charge 800₹ extra for bed sheet clean charge that is very wrong and illegal so I don’t suggest any one to book this hotel any tym a female staff manager is charge us 800₹ for the bed sheet plz take action on this review
