스파이스 정글 리조트(Spice Jungle Holiday Resort)

Rooms are in very poor conditions.Not as per what they showed in their site.When Sitting in the balcony you will get bad smell bcoz of the water drainage below.Breakfast is not good.I booked room for my family(me, wife and 2 daughters).I mentioned my childrens age also when i booked. Paid amount as per that. But when we reached the room the bed was too small to accomodate 4 of us. When i asked for an extra bed, they de***ded Rs 500/- extra. They told me that in their system my childrents were mentioned as " infants". But i showed my booking in my MMT Application in which i mentioned their age as 3 and 7.Finally i given money for an extra bed only bcoz i dont want to spoil my family's happiness in that late night. Road to that resort is very bad.Easily our car will get damaged.Totally worst experience ever..

Very species rooms and all. Good ambiance. Also the food is very delicious. We all our friends enjoys a lot. Only problem i found was the road to the resort. It was too steep and narrow. As the names says it is located in a spice jungle.

If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere in spice jungle reosrt, its not hust a place to visit, its really a home like place, surrounded with cardomom and tea estates, and especially the pool, we really enjoyed our stay

The images you see are the best angles they could get pictures from, there is nothing beyond the images. Its merely a lodge with a pool. We booked 3 rooms and one of which was made of gypsum so you can imagine how safe you will feel. Its not for family, bachelors might be able to adjust. Food was average. The toilet stinks, I was wondering why it was ambushed with room freshener when we checked in, once it wears off then it smells real bad. The place is filled with mosquitoes. They have another property called "Dew Drops" in Munnar, we had stayed the previous night there and the stay was amazing there.

Resort is situated at amazing plac the view from balcony was amazing. The stafffs are good behaviour. From the main road to resort they provide jeep pickup. That was amazing experience in my life. Tasty food and best view restaurant.

Considering as a budget hotel, this property offers the best. I doubt to get a hotel with this budget in Munnar with pool. Good ambience & help full staff. We were 12 adults and 4 kids. Hotel arranged a camp fire with music , we all enjoyed. They do BBQ on chargeable basis.

The rooms are very hygienic, spacious and the service is amazing. Food is delicious and special shoutout to chef Dilip for the amazing variety food provided to us. The view is also 10/10. Highly recommend to select this for your stay in Munnar.

Good location but steep & narrow approach road. Vehicles will climb the hill up on the way back to the main road only with the driver on board. Others will be transported on the resort’s jeep. Resort staff will help by driving the car up, if needed. Separate parking lot is there where the staff will move your vehicle. Nice views from rooms & restaurant. Quite pristine. Mornings are a delight with sounds of the nature. Good pool although the water could be cold. People were seen in the pool wearing cotton dress, which the resort staff should discourage. The corridors can be slippery as they are almost always wet as people walk back from the pool. Bonfire is arranged by the resort. Decent food, but the ‘fresh’ juice served tasted like packaged juice.

Terrible stay and local goons are mis behaving with the guests. Resort ***agement doesn't have control over localiest. Saftey is not gaureented. Breakfast and dinner are utter most waste. They will test your tollernce. Can't find any responsible person to solve your problems
