It is located pretty far from the main city where you will be interested to go for all the attractions. It is not very nicely located. You do not get any view from the room. The service is nice. One of our rooms was smelling really bad but they were courteous enough to change our room. On our way from Munnar to Thekkady we stopped at a resort named 'Forest Canopy' for lunch. It was amazing. It is located very nicely and has an amazing view. The food was great too. So I would suggest to spend a little more money and opt for the better one.

Excellent Hospitality and vibrant atmosphere The theatre was converted into a nice conference room. lot of space to kids play.Good time in swimming pool which is clean and neatly maintained .Must visit with family members...............

It was superb and joyous experience we got at springdale thekkady... Spcl thanks to Mr. Sujo sir for arranging surprise decorations at just one call from Gujarat also we were carrying baby with us & we got amazing baby food too and extraordinary services in our cottage with mesmerizing lush ambience... Must visit once in life👍😇

This was an amazing stay. This place is more attractive and pleasing than what you see in the photos. One drawback we had was that this resort is inside a crowded local spot. But the resort the rooms and services provided were enchanting and memorable. Our 2 yr old son too enjoyed the pool and the spacious cottage. Loved this cottage and highly recommend this resort.

Good accomodation provided as requested. Staff were very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was very good and the staff took enough care to see that v r comfortable. Special mentions to people in reception shiny and roy. My regards to all the Springdale staff.keep up teamwork.God bless. Thanks and regards From my family.

Visited this amazing place during Christmas vacation. It was worth the stay. Completely loved the place & the food was delicious. A big thanks to their hospitality. Especially, the staff were so sweet and they welcomed us whole heartedly. All the services were properly provided on time. We actually asked them to decorate the room for a birthday surprise and all the arrangements were fantastically done. Yet we stayed for just 2 days, they were memorable. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Thankyou for the fabulous stay. Must say, we are already missing it. Will surely visit again ☺️

Good value for money ! Staff is very courteous and responsive. Mr Sujo Front Desk Manager very calm and u flappable. . Deluxe rooms were clean and comfortable: We have enjoyed our stay very much .

Great ambiance throughout the whole resort. Well maintained rooms, premises, dinning area, gym and pool. staff was helpful and friendly. The deluxe cottage we booked was an amazing cottage. Had an awesome stay with my wife and two year old son. This location is 20km from the town but surrounded by local population and a very small township on its own.
