Dieses Hotel haben wir am 23.07.2022 betreten. Umgehend auf die unmöglichen Zustände hingewiesen Kein Ersatzzimmer verfügbar Keine Zimmerreinigung möglich Es folgte eine Horrornacht in dieser stinkenden Absteige! Am nächsten Tag das Hotel verlassen und keinen Euro zurück erstattet bekommen.

Hôtel très joli style rococo , service aimable , personnel gentil . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Notre chambre était la suite …. Très grande chambre, propre , salle de bain avec sèche cheveux, produits de douche , chaussons, peignoirs et serviettes pour la piscine a disposition ! Depuis notre suite nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac . Terrase pour nous qui était énorme , aménagé de transats , parasol … table chaises ! Mini bar en chambre ! Tout était parfait. La piscine est grande , bien entretenue , propre , transats à disposition. Le bar piscine pour apéro et snack génial ! Le restaurant assure des plats tres bien présenté, une tres bonne cuisine servi sur la terrasse. Nous avons très bien mangé le soir . Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel , varié avec beaucoup de choix . Bel endroit .

Hôtel de déco très rococo et vieillissant mais très charmant . Jardins magnifiques ,piscine propre et au calme Chambre trop anciennes .Déco très italienne 👍 literie bonne .par contre télé d’une autre époque que nous n’avons jamais vu pu faire fonctionner ,Clim assez bruyante et salle de bain très sombre sans fenêtre .sèche cheveux idem formule 1 en France . Bref ,un bel hôtel charmant mais vieillissant tout juste à la hauteur de son 4 étoiles

The hotel grounds are lovely and the staff is very friendly although often in breakfast you had to ask several times for the same items. Our Rooma was a good size one with it's own terrace towards the lake. My only issues trying to find a plugs to charge our phones(maybe some additional sockets could be installed) and how to sound carried in the hotel. Could clearly hear the people next door talking -but it's an old house so what can you do... The hotel is lovely but there are a lot stairs so maybe it's not a good find for those who have difficulty in walking. Also, the 10 min hike uphill from village to hotel may not be easy.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with great view to the lake. The Reception staff (especially Aneta) was friendly and responsive to our requests. They recommended several very good local restaurants. The room was nice but we had to ask for more shower gel and change of towels a few times. Breakfast was very good and plenty. Dinner at the hotel was fine dining. Great outdoor swimming pool. A bit slow service in restaurant, especially in the morning (not enough staff).

Wir waren vom 3.-8. Juni in der Villa Montefiori im Doppelzimmer 360. Es hat überall wunderschöne Geranien. Bei soviel Blumen müsste täglich gewischt werden, das wird aber nicht getan. Der Empfang war kühl, gar nicht herzlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, irgendwann hat es dann nach einem Regenguss von der Decke auf unser Bett getropft. Das wurde nur oberflächlich bearbeitet, und wie man an der Decke sehen konnte, ein längeres Problem, das nicht gründlich repariert wurde. Dafür gab es keine Entschuldigung oder eine kleine Geste der Wiedergutmachung. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant ist Glückssache, offenbar zum Teil schlecht ausgebildet. Das Geschirr wird vor dem Gast beim wegräumen aufgetürmt. Brot oder Käse wird kurz vor 10 nicht mehr aufgefüllt, dann hat es einfach überhaupt kein Brot mehr, auch nicht wenn man darum bittet. Die Qualität des Frühstücksbüffet ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Wir haben nur einmal dort zu Abend gegessen. Auf den ersten Gang mussten wir eine Stunde warten, obwohl nur wenige Tische besetzt waren.Der Bitte uns den Salat vor der Pasta zu bringen, wurde nicht entsprochen. Schlechte Stühle! Ein Kellner hat mich auf den nackten Oberarm getätschelt, eine junge Kellnerin ist meinem Partner über den Rücken gestreichelt und meinte, dass er ein guter Typ sei, geht einfach gar nicht! Insgesamt ein schlecht geführtes Haus, müsste auch dringend renoviert werden. Kann es nicht weiterempfehlen trotz der schönen Lage über dem Gardasee.

Amazing place! Exceeded expectations! View unbeatable! Gardens magnificent! Superb outdoor swimming pool and world class spa facility! Fantastic breakfast and fine dining! Real luxury if you want to celebrate! Thank you Francesca and Aneta for Top class management!

We just left after after a delicious 5 day stay in the second half of June 2022. It was our first proper break for 3+ years and the choice couldn't have been better: We quite literally basked in beauty. The hotel and its grounds were overflowing with colours, fragrance and gorgeous views. The staff was lovely, helpful and kind. We could tell that everyone working in the gardens, the kitchen, at the pool, the reception desk and the restaurant are very invested in taking good care of the place and its guests. We had one of the Tower rooms which was small but pretty and spotless, including the bathroom The air-con did a great job bringing relief from very hot temperatures. Our room and all lake facing rooms have their own outdoor patio to enjoy the breath-taking view over Lago di Garda and are surrounded by lemon trees, oleander, palm trees and Bougainvillea. We also very much enjoyed the cuisine: Every morning we had breakfast at the Restaurant D'Annunzio. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious and if anything was missing the lovely staff would take of it at once. Twice we came for dinner and several times we had lunch at the pool, all equally delicious. All in all a feast for the senses and perfect for a romantic time-out with good price-quality balance. I should add that we're well aware that 2 years of Covid have been hard for a family-owned hotel such as Ville Montefiori. I'm glad they survived thus far and am happy to support them with our holiday and hope other guests will do the same. We loved every second and will be back for sure. (Be prepared to climb some stairs, but it's worth it!)

We particularly appreciated the location close to the city and the lake, the view, the services (swimming pool, sauna and breakfast). The room was quirky and well located. The stay was pleasant and appreciated. It's a shame that the cold, impersonal and borderline courteous welcome from the person at the reception spoils this beautiful ensemble. The same person who during the checkout lacked professionalism but not rudeness by checking in front of us by telephone with the lady on duty, the non-consumption in the room...Never seen that in a 4 star hotel!
