Peter and family are fantastic. Myself and two children loved our 10 days here and can not wait to return. Although the rooms are a little dated and the location is out of the hustle and bustle we couldn’t fault it, once we found our bearings we had no issues finding our way back and to to the the apartments. Food was great too. We will be back soon Peter

Had the best 10 days at Peter’s Apartments. We went as a family of 3 and were able to have friends visit us throughout our holiday. Clean towels and beds every days. Amazing food at a really good price. Have booked again for next year as we had the best time

Great holiday. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. The food and staff are great. Would recommend to friends and family. It's within walking distance to the town and beach but far enough away that it's lovely and peaceful. Thank you for an amazing week.

We are just getting ready to check out of ozlem 1 in Icmeler. We had a very pleasant stay. We had an issue on the first night as the room wasnt quite suitable for us, this was only because my children are very big boys. There were 2 single beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Again, as my boys are big, it wasn't big enough for them to share. I spoke to Arda at the bar and he called the 'Big Boss' Peter who was brilliant. He let us look at another room and we switched that night. It had an extra bed so the boys were delighted and it made the rest of our stay more comfortable. Beds were comfortable and clean, as as it's only a small apartment block we didn't feel like everyone was on top of us, it definitely gives a more personal experience. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very close to shops and supermarkets. We're already trying to book for nxt year. Thank you Peter for helping to make our holiday amazing

Great stay yet again 2nd time this year and can’t wait to get back. Peter the owner very helpful as are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s new shower rooms and new kitchens. That have made big difference. The rooms are cleaned every day And beds changed every 2days. By the lovely cleaner again she is very helpful as well. We ate a lot at apps food great chef does a great job. So thanks boys. Amir. Baran. Chef. See you all soon

Booked two apartments for 5 people, there were only beds for 4! Stayed one night and checked out. Neither apartment was ready on our arrival. The apartments are shabby and very run down. Basic is an understatement, a prison cell would have been better. Couldn't flush the toilet between 10pm-1pm, had to fill a washing up bowl with water from the swimming pool to try to flush. Bathroom had an ant problem, cockroaches. Bathroom and bedroom doors didn't close. Pool looked dirty with animal faeces around it. Maid came into the room without announcement 4 times whilst trying to sleep. The safe could be lifted up, tucked under your arm and walked off with! Paid £100 for air conditioning on arrival in 2 apartments which didn't work. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

Just home from first visit to Ozlem 1.After reading so many reviews I was apprehensive about arriving.Soon as we stepped off transfer we where greeted by staff.These apartments are ideal as a base.Apartments very spacious everything you need.Lovely big balcony with fabulous views.Is in a quite area so no noise.Lesz than 10 minute walk to centre.Peter and his staff couldn't be more friendlier & helpful,no issues with any of them nor hassle from them.Ate a few times at bar was always freshly cooked,drinks are proper alcohol & good measures,food & drink very reasonably priced.Cleaning lady in everyday fresh bedding&towels every 2/3 days.If your looking for high end 5* then no not the place for you, if your looking for a relaxing home from home then yes do give them a try.Was our 1st visit but won't be our last.🇮🇪

Ive just got back home feom turkey and turkey is a lovely place with great people. This is the worst place I've been too can't say stayed in as I walked into the room and walked out and find another hotel at my own expense I'll load the pics aswell.

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. We had a great time at Ozlem 1 . Peter was really good to us . I think if you treat him with respect , he will give you the respect back . Rooms are basic , but who cares ! It’s not like you spend all your time in the room . They were cleaned everyday , what more can you ask for . We will definitely be coming back again . Thanks Peter for having us .
