Ayhan at the pool bar makes fab cocktails and is very friendly. A great guy. And try the Raki too, but be careful it’s strong stuff

Beautiful grounds and pool right on the beach with access to private beach with loungers and parasols literally across the coast path. Food, decent selection, good quality, as with all hotels gets a bit samey at the end of a week, especially breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a few issues on arrival but they were sorted quickly. Bar and entertainment staff can't do enough for you, evening entertainment we found varied and fun, the entertainment staff also kept us interested during the day with offers of darts, table tennis or pool and always happy to stop and have a chat. A lovely stay, very relaxing.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at marti la perla hotel things have improved everyday the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble a big thankyou to inrush the maid on the 4th floor who cleaned our room and always had a smile and to selim for all the wonderful night time entertainment thankyou

I loved everything tbh. The staff is lovely. Very kind and helpful. The restaurant has a good variety of food and drinks. The room was serviced daily. The swimming pool is one of the biggest around and well kept. The beach is great to relax and its not noisy at all. Around the hotel there is plenty of bars and shops that kept me intertained after dinner 😉. Everyone is friendly and I felt completely safe. There is plenty of offers for a lazy day out too and not expensive. I definitely had a great time here. Would recommend and probably will come back.

Hotel is in a prime location we visited the beginning of May, too soon in my opinion as the hotel wasn't ready for occupancy the air conditioning, fridge and safe didn't work , complained still not addressed until a young man called bugra helped he is a credit to this hotel and went out of his way to try and rectify our problems , Which he did . And a big shout out to Sandra jet 2 s rep who had only been in the job for 1 week when we arrived, and boy I take my hat off to her too ,she dealt with numerous problems and complaints from alot of people. I'd like to revisit the hotel to see if the management have upped there game as this has the potential to be a beautiful hotel Thanks again bugra and Sandra

Cannot fault location of this hotel or the grounds. There were some minor issues but given season had only just started and new owners I’m sure that these will be addressed. Staff did all they could to help even when they were being shouted at by predominately British guests - no need. Felt particularly sorry for the barman - didn’t get his name but blue collarless shirt who really was up against it but delivered nothing but the best for us. Big shout outs to sharif bhuket gaye emhrat and Pelin for making our holiday - you are amazing. We will be back next year.

Great hotel with only a few minor issues that were soon resolved. Fantastic location, brilliant helpful staff. Great pool and the food was a good mix of European and Turkish hot and cold dishes. Pool bar served everything you wanted. Private beach with FREE sunbeds only 50 ft away. The only thing that spoiled it was the stream of moaning british guests, who seemed to gang up on the staff, who were always smiling and doing their best to sort out any issues. Don't let these wingers put you off going. To be honest, my friends and I felt embarrassed at times to be British because of the constant moans. We are already looking to book for next year, Turkey is a truly lovely destination and the hotel is great.

This is possibly the first of several reviews I will be writing about this hotel. We have not had a good experience at all. There are many issues here. The rooms don’t get cleaned properly. No tables set for dinner each time we go, they’re either dirty or lacking cutlery etc. I have intolerances (gluten and lactose) which the hotel were notified of before we came however this was not on my notes and there was nothing in place for me. The first few days were really bad i barely had anything to eat. After speaking to several people I am now offered an evening meal each day, which at least is better than before. To be honest the best meal I have had is when I went on a trip on the glass bottom boat, which says a lot. Apart from that my choices are very limited. Tea and coffee is never replaced in the rooms nor is the water in the fridge. If you want more coffee then you either have to ask the person cleaning the room if you’re around when they show up, or get it yourself. There was a day when we didn’t even have any cups left for us in our room, so had to go and find some, just so we could have a coffee when we woke up. The food is very poor quality and absolutely lacking in imagination- for a country that is famous for great produce, I.e. spices, herbs, fresh fruit and vegetables , this hotel seems to have missed the boat completely. Hardly any choice each day, never hot or refilled when empty (unless kitchen staff are told). Very same-y every day. Certainly not a lot of it either. There were no cups this morning when we went for breakfast, I did ask and was told ok just wait a minute, the waiter came back with 2 cups? There were lots of people waiting, so 2 certainly wasn’t enough. There has been a party of swimming guests staying who were given top priority and if we weren’t invisible before we certainly were then. We have spoken to the customer relations team quite a few times however they don’t seem to be getting any response from management either so their best efforts all seem to be in vain. We are grateful to them for their help. We went out on a few trips this weekend and can honestly say the food we had was absolutely amazing, at least we had some decent meals. I dread going for dinner every day as it’s not good. It’s basic food that I could cook better at home. Came back from a trip today, really wanted a coffee however we couldn’t as they were broken, absolutely ridiculous. It just seems to be one disappointment after another. We still have just under a week left here and I can honestly say I want to go home. I have never felt like this before and we have been to Turkey many times before which all were amazing.

Don’t normally do reviews but needs must on this one, couldn’t get our usual hotel (sea star) and always wondered what this hotel was like….now we know and sad to say we won’t be back. Stayed from 6th -13th May. room 414, room had rubble/dirt swept into the corner were the air conditioning had been disconnected so had to leave patio door opened during the whole stay. Fridge - didn’t work properly but even if it did would not put nothing in it. Old and totally discoloured inside, disgusting Had a lovely view of the mountains but could not sit on the balcony as furniture was old metal chairs and table was hanging in bits and all chipped. Cleaning was a hit or a miss and not cleaned every day, don’t expect anyone to clean after me but fresh towels would have been nice Restaurant- this is all inclusive hotel but tried to eat had 1 dinner which had to be left as cold, tried 1 breakfast, same , cold. The choice of food is very poor, no chance of putting together anything that resemble a breakfast. Lunch and dinner much the same. Mentioned this to reception staff when checking out but showed no interest in the feedback. Sun beds - quite a few broken sun beds. Pool area, reception area and communal toilets clean but definitely not 4 star and again sad to say won’t be bad and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
