나는 2023년 6월 남편과 엄마와 함께 5박을 했습니다. 나는 샌안토니오를 아주 잘 알고 있고 우리가 저예산 호텔의 바쁜 지역에 머물고 있다는 것을 알고 있었습니다. 우리는 너무 감동했고 방은 사랑스러웠습니다. 남편과 나는 운이 좋게도 1층에서 바다가 보입니다. 객실은 매일 완벽한 수준으로 청소되었으며 매일 깨끗한 수건/시트가 제공됩니다. 에어컨은 더운 Ibiza 날 이후에 우리를 시원하게 유지하는 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 우리는 하루에 3유로에 미니 냉장고를 빌렸습니다. 엄마는 어느 날 식당에서 아침을 먹었고 사랑스럽다고 하셨다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이되었습니다 😄 오와 위치 현명한 상점 옆집과 바와 레스토랑은 몇 분 거리에 있으며 버스 정류장은 도보로 2 분, 택시 승강장은 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 훌륭한 숙박과 나는 곧 다음 여행을 위해 다시 예약 할 것입니다 x

This is our fourth visit to TRS Ibiza. There have been changes since we last stayed such as the wish list only being available for signature level guests and other aspects like certain tables not being accessible unless signature level etc. that being said our wish list was honoured as we had booked many months prior to this change. Disappointed we were not acknowledged for repeat guests and our palladium rewards perks were not included. On the whole though I thoroughly enjoyed my week here as I always have done. Staff are friendly and work so hard. There were some staff shortages which affected bar service (this did upset quite a few people) but in fairness it wasn’t a big deal for me - got our drinks anyway !! There were far more guests than expected in May and a mix of older guests who came for the peace and the luxury of being pampered while also there were younger guests on shorter stays who came for the all inclusive drinks and the nearby clubs. This at times created behaviour which was not what TRS Ibiza generally caters for.

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

What an amazing hotel. I read lots of comments before I went but I was so impressed with the hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel!!! The food was amazing- fantastic buffet food with great choices. The atmosphere around the hotel was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was great and had everything you need. The pool were brilliant for my 5 year old daughter. The entertainment staff were so engaging and were great with all the children. The best hotel I have ever stayed at- amazing stay. I am going to visit again in a few week for my 40th.

이 호텔을 손에 넣으십시오. 이비자에 도착한 당일 예약했습니다. 호텔은 버스 정류장과 가까운 완벽한 위치에 있어 주변의 모든 해변과 이비자/공항에 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. .. 그리고 Saint Antony 센터와 가깝습니다. 매우 조용한 지역, 아침 식사와 함께 7 월에 3 박 동안 가격이 매우 좋고 저렴합니다! 소박한 방과 슈퍼 아침 식사, 정말 그렇게 많이 기대하지 않았습니다! 우리는 출발 당일 pcr 테스트를 기다리는 데 문제가 있었고 모든 것이 지연되었습니다. 불행히도 이벤트로 인해 suuuuuper에 늦게 있었기 때문에 Toni(주인)는 자신의 자동차와 자신의 타이밍으로 우리를 공항으로 내려주었습니다. .. 출발 30분 전에 도착. 나는 충분히 감사할 수 없다! 이비자에있을 때 곧 돌아올 것입니다! :)

위치는 훌륭했습니다! 매우 깨끗한 호스텔. 편안한 베개와 침대. 친절하고 도움이되는 직원. 호스텔은 해변과 매우 가까웠습니다. 내 체류를 정말로 즐겼습니다! ! 전반적으로 나는 행복한 손님입니다. 나는 확실히 돌아올 것이다.

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.
