Beautiful hotel excellent location. Lovely rooms and superb food and service. Fantastic pools and great outside pool bar. Sun beds are the best you will get. Hotel staff are great but a special mention to Tony the Manager, Fargundo and Hannermann (apologies if not spelt correctly) in the restaurant… a credit to the hotel as were all of the waiters and waitresses and other chefs. So friendly. The only negative as many others have mentioned are the drink prices. They are extortionate. I know its five star but this needs looking at please. However we will return it’s fabulous we just won’t drink at the hotel which is a shame.

Hotel is in a great location 5 min walk from town, in a quiet area. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My partner is Coeliac (has a gluten allergy), they could not have been more helpful and made her choice of food as wide as possible. The food itself has been brilliant with a wide and varied choice every breakfast and evening meal including freshly made fish & meat to order, on the grill in the evening, and egg station for breakfast. Our room was amazing with a view out over the pool to the sea. The spa was nice to visit and clean with various steam rooms and saunas. There is free and easy parking in front of the hotel, so overall a great place to stay, fully recommend for a short or long stay.

Eleven years of coming to this hidden gem Ibiza Insotel Fenicia Prestige It never disappoints the staff are so friendly and fabulous! The manager Nesto , is so welcoming and accommodating he works extremely hard to keep the standards high .spacious clean rooms overlooking the warm pool. The food this year was better than ever , good quality fish and meats, different food theme nights a hard working Italian lady at the helm. Santa Eulalia is still as magical as ever with its long promenade and lovely beach , plenty of shops , leading to the Marina for a dink and good music at the Liquido Bar. We visited lovely Santa Gertrude’s again this year.We are drawn back to Fenicia each year as we always have a good time, there is so much to see and do in beautiful Ibiza.

OMG started a bit wobbly due to our booking having been canceled but was soon resolved lol But I have now found my hotel. This place is amazing from start to finish, the quality of the rooms, the hotel itself is perfect, the breakfast is amazing and most of the staff are amazing, the only issue is some could be more customers focused, there were a couple who seemed a little upset however they work hard so everyone has a bad day. We would love to mention Jose the lifeguard who was the loveliest guy and went out of his way to help everyone. would also mention our amazing Marisa Andina who always looked after us at Breakfast, Diva our smiler, Eva at the bar, and Laura who took care of us at the Spa but I have to give a special mention to the most amazing hotel manager I have ever had the pleasure to meet and watch work. This guy was everywhere doing everything and always had a smile for you. His character brought a smile to all those under his management and I could not believe how hard this guy worked. Facundo the hotel manager is second to none, this guy is a machine and a legend. The hotel is lucky to have such a person. thank you to the whole team for making our hols as special as it was.

We just returned from our holiday, and once again, it was an incredible experience. This was our 4th stay, and the hotel continues to impress. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are top-notch, and the pool is perfect. However, the staff is what truly makes this place special. A big thank you to Eva, who looked after us so well and made the best gin and tonic we've ever had! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Great hotel very friendly staff , clean quiet very relaxing . Celebrating our wedding aniversary recived choclate strawberries and prosecco deliverd to our room this was a lovely gift from the hotel . The hotel is located just at the end of the promenade a short walk over a foot bridge at the rear of the hotel takes you out on the promenade on beech with many shops ,resturants and the marina . Well enjoyed relaxing break highly recomended . Thank you hotel Prestige Fenicia !

Incredible hotel, we would highly recommend! Fantastic pool, room, staff and amazing location with just 10 mins walk to so many bars and restaurants. If you’re looking for a relaxing break then this is the hotel for you! From start to end, we had a wonderful time!

We had such a great time, so relaxing and calm, a great atmosphere, From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are all so friendly, kind and helpful.
