The Plaza’s location is ideal for anyone we stayed about 3 weeks from 7th April. Mr Srikanth the reservations ***ager has been extremely kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Any issue he will sort out and very capable. We are really thankful to Mr Srikanth for his kindness, professionalism and going an extra mile to help the guests. We certainly recommend this hotel, the rooms are very clean and breakfast is excellent. I would ask the guests to speak to Srikanth for your reservations he will be very very helpful. shrikant experience was very good and very helpful from room booking till checkout, he is very friendly and very comfort....I loved it very much...the experienc was ossum..the food was very tasty and yummy.. and the hotel environment is very great..

My 2nd visit in a few years. Though showing some wear and tear, the basic level remains solid 3 star. And for that, with a small but good pool (beware the Indian quality pool towels, which make your skin look blue ;-) ), for around USD 50/night plus Rs 400 for breakfast buffet is a bargain! Walkable from Begumpet metro and train stations.

Felt good during my stay at centrally located Plaza Hotel Hyderabad.Staff was cooperative & courteous. Front office was handled by a smart lady Sabitha who could be seen running from here to there to look after Guests.She presents a compassionate face of Hotel which I found when she got involved while resolving my health issue. Guest room service was good though quality of food items could be improved.I also enjoyed a bit of swimming pool which deserves better upkeep.some pool chairs could be placed around it & a small Gym added. We visited from USA and our 25 day stay has been very comfortable, We were accommodated on the 5th floor. Especially front desk executive Mr. Srikanth has been very cooperative, courteous and friendly. He attended all our concerns. The front desk staff has been very customer oriented, house keeping has been great with cleaning and supplies. Room service had been excellent serving delicious food. Every one treated guests as family. No regrets at all. Looking forward for our next stay. Our sincere thanks to Plaza Hotel ***agement.

Excellent location, very good renovated rooms (value for money), great Customer Service. The location is right on Begumpet, right next to VIP areas and very close to Banjara Hills. Easy to get taxi and autos. Good breakfast (live counter++). Chandra Babu at the Reception was extremely helpful.

Keep up the good work. Very friendly staff and courteous people with helping nature. Great work done by Srikanth Front office Executive. We rented 2 rooms for 6 days and stay was pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Telangana tourist bus was on time and the guide was knowledgeable.
