Front desk Manager Dasmat Majhi was courteous helpful and guided us for going to some places Hotel is centrally located & convenient Rooms are clean and hotel premises well maintained Buffet Breakfast was tasty having variety food items and menu changes every day in our 3day stay

It has been a fantastic stay at the Royalton Hotel. I have stayed there several times. Even while traveling to Hyderabad, we always prefer the Royalton Hotel. When I arrived late at night during our last visit, they accommodated us and arranged for food. The rooms are also decent. Special thanks to Mr.Amit, who is always willing to help.

As I write this review, it’s 11pm on a Wednesday and there is a full on party going in one of the rooms with music blasting causing the walls to shake and furniture being dragged across the floor. This is completely unacceptable and why, as someone who never writes reviews, I felt compelled to write this. Oh, and the WiFi is terrible, key cards keep getting deactivated, they charge you extra for double occupancy but won’t give two key cards for the room, they put me in the wrong room and moved me at 6am, the bathrooms are moldy, they only give two towels total, and the shower and bathroom lights are unreliable. 2 stars because they make up your room everyday and provided extra water bottles. Amazing stay experience specially mr. srinibash ji was very helpful, rooms were clean and service was upto the mark supportive staff but the best part srinibash made my stay comfortable and helped me alot coz of thar i was able to complete my Mallikarjun darshan hassle free

Needs improvement in all areas. A dingy area difficult to access. Food is good for Non vegetarians, looks like. Restricted for a light breakfast only. Upkeep of rooms not good. The reception and check in process was ok. Room service needs improvement,

Hotel was the best, services was the best. Rooms were clean and staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. Food was up to mark. Hygine was well mentioned. Will rate 5 star for the best experience. Rooms are big and well mentaines is properly done.
