Sea Street Inn is a charming and elegant space that delights all the senses. We thoroughly enjoyed the culinary creations and warm hospitality of Chef Adrien, who made us feel right at home. From the carefully curated music playlist to his engaging stories and delicious dishes, it’s evident that this is more than just a place to sleep. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the generous space in each room to the artwork on the walls and the beautifully crafted breakfast menu. Sea Street Inn truly embodies hospitality and relaxation.

If you are considering it, just book it! I cannot say enough good things about Sea Street Inn! As a woman who frequently travels alone for work, this was my third time staying here and I have never felt the level of comfort that I feel at Sea Street Inn, anywhere. Adrian has been warm and welcoming since our first visit. The rooms are so cozy, the breakfast is to die for (4 courses, fine dining in a relaxing and casual atmosphere) and it’s an easy walk to the beach as well as other restaurants and shops. Most importantly, I sleep like a rock there. Book it!!!

We had an excellent stay at Sea Street Inn, and Adrian was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We had a three-night late-winter jaunt to Hyannis to enjoy the shore and eat good food, and Sea Street Inn was an integral part of our enjoyable trip. There was a lovely assortment of interesting and delicious dishes at (the included) four course breakfast each morning, there were quiet and well-appointed common spaces, and our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a terrific, roomy shower. Adrian helped us with our luggage, gave us a tour of the common spaces, made sure we had everything we needed in our room during our stay, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and recreation, and even gave us a map of Cape Cod lighthouses to visit, with a bag of Cape Cod potato chips for a photo shoot at Nauset! The Sea Street Inn is a great choice for a professionally run inn that is within walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants, as well as the beach, and is centrally located on the Cape so that driving to other towns, beaches, and attractions is very convenient. Highly recommended.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this Inn. From the meticulously curated decor to the impeccable and personal service, everything is thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. The highlight of the stay is definitely the chef's choice breakfast, which takes your taste buds on a journey to Europe with its exquisite flavors and presentation. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn and will definitely be back!

My husband and I were on the Cape to attend a wedding, and we spent two fantastic nights at the Sea Street Inn. This place is a gem; from the clean, classic design of the rooms to the phenomenal chef's tasting menu breakfast. An exceptional experience for an extremely reasonable price. Chef and co-owner Adrian was very helpful in recommending (and booking) dinner venues, and full of good conversation as well. I can't wait to go back.

Much in life doesn't live up to the hype, but, Sea Street Inn definitely does! Adrian was born to be a host (and a chef!). No detail is too small - he has suggestions about what to see, where to eat dinner, what to do and who can help with a museum visit and more. The Inn's atmosphere is serene, the bed was perfect and the beach a quick walk down the road. As for breakfast, 4 perfectly sized, delicious courses. This is not your typical Cape BnB. In addition to being a great chef, Adrian has an eye for photography and the Inn houses an impressive collection. I hope we make it in the spring!
