They say that a picture is worth a thousand words.. For those of you who love a good bed and breakfast stay, Sea Street Inn in Hyannis is the spot. Look at these dishes we were served for breakfast daily. As incredibly delicious as the dishes were beautiful. Adrian, the innkeeper is a master chef, having worked for Michelin star chefs in NYC. There is also a variety of professional, framed art photography on the interior walls of the property, which is walking distance to both the water and shops of Main St.

FANTASTIC hospitality! Super cute grounds, clean & cozy yet modern rooms, bathrooms & dining area. Adrian was super helpful with touristy things to see/do! And the breakfast…O M G !!! We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer next time!

Host was great - chill and welcoming at the same time. The breakfast was amazing - a culinary trip in a beautiful kitchen with a great soundtrack. Location was also prime - a short walk to a nice beach and not far from shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend, we'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Sea Street Inn. We went for our anniversary. Adrian really helped make the experience memorable and had excellent recommendations to help us explore the Cape. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Adrian’s cooking blew us away each morning. Cannot wait to return!

Adrian was both an amazing Chef and Host ! His wife and he created such lovely spaces throughout and they thought of everything. From my first phone call to learn more about Sea Street Inn — Adrian gave us all the must see places , not to mention all of the best Hyannis main street experiences from great good to Cape Cod must have treats. Great location so much within walking distance . Truly special!!

Ok, so 3 stars is the most a chef can get but you get the idea. One of our favorite vacations in a while. Chef and host Adrian not only made unbelievable tasty, fresh, and flavorful breakfasts but helped us with reservations all over the Cape. One day when we had planned to just tour around, he provided a map with all the stops we “needed” to make. He was not wrong!
