Gleuel Inn - Digital Hotel & Serviced Apartments & Boardinghouse Mit Voll Ausgestatteten Küchen

We needed a base for 3 nights as we was attending the carnival celebrations in Cologne & Bonn. Perfect location for us, so much better than I thought when driving through a small industrial area to our apartment for the first time. Electronic self check in was so smooth & simple. Our ground floor room 105 was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, good shower & everything you need in a small kitchenette area for a short stay. We was lucky to have our car, so a quick 5 drive to the tram stop, park the car & then get the tram to Cologne which took about 25-30 mins. If you don’t have a car, then I think you could be relying on taxis or Uber ? Underground car park is available, we booked in advance, hotel replied straight away informing us it was 7€ per night. Pay at check in, although if I’m honest I think you could park on the street outside securely enough if no spaces available in their car park. So I would recommend this accommodation & I’m sure we will return again.

Manager unhelpful terrible place. Manager clearly does not like foreigners. Made a very uncomfortable stay I would not stay again. Internet poor and smell of smoking and noise in various rooms. Asked about the WiFi and was told there was no problem. Had problems getting into the accommodation as the electronic Check did not work and come the weekends there is no one around. Receptions rude and clearly does not appreciate anyone other than Germans

Well, we are repeat offenders: super box spring beds. super clean, warm welcome for the dog. The small kitchen is quite well equipped, including good quality glasses. One has a balcony or a terrace. We opted for the terrace, so that our dog can lie on the lawn. If something is missing, you can always reach the staff by phone. On weekends it is fantastically quiet in the industrial area. Also, the rooms are not at all noisy. TOP. N.B.: The location suited me very well, I would just like to point out that it is only just outside Cologne, not on a train connection. What was exactly what I was looking for.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price we have paid (55€/night). Superclean, modern. Of course location is not superb, but we had to be in Gleuel itself so it was perfect. Only minpoint: check out could be a bit later than 10:30am.

It deserves 5 out of 5 , simply because it was neat, clean, and spacious. Parking spaces were also good , spacious and free places every night. The front desk service was on point , the communication was on point and not to forget the welcoming with a huge smile. The kitchen , fully equipped with all amenities and running cold and hot water anytime. Beds, comfy and spacious. Heating , absolutely perfect choice of floor heating. TV, satellite german canals. Bathroom , cool design , clean and spacious. Overall , perfect for family and couple stays. 1st choice when going back to Köln.

Angenehmes Zimmer mit Küche. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die Bodenheizung gefallen. Auch das Bett war sehr gemütlich. In der Umgebung ist 15 Minuten entfernt ein wunderschöner See zum spazieren und baden. In der Ortschaft ist vom Einkaufsmarkt bis Bäcker alles vorhanden,

Petit logement comprenant une chambre avec cuisine et 1 salle de douche, malheureusement je n’y ais pas trouvé le canapé comme sur les photos du logement. J’ai apprécié l’arrivée automatisée à n’importe quelle heure ainsi que la propreté et la réactivité en cas de problème ( tv en panne mais au final aucune chaine francophone) ainsi que le parking couvert payant ( 7€ ) . Point négatif le miroir de la salle de bain qui n’est pas à hauteur humaine, tout le monde ne mesure pas 1m80.

Attenzione!!!Struttura poco seria .Hanno rifiutato l'addebito su una carta di credito valida per chiedere di pagare in cash per poi annullare la prenotazione qualche giorno prina.Leggo ora da altre recensioni che molti hanno riscontrato lo stesso problema, deve essere un 'modus operandi' di questo hotel per affittare ad un prezzo più alto o pretendere il pagamento in cash. Quando ho chiamato per chiedere spiegazioni il gestore ha risposto con argomentazioni fuori luogo offendendo, l'avessi saputo prima non avrei perso tempo a verificare la mia carta di credito alla banca o a continuare ad aggiornare i dati su booking.
