It has high speed internet, a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom and instant hot water! Our units offer a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or whatever else brought you to our beautiful state. They are in a commercial location. You'll be within 5 minutes to gas, groceries, dining and Dollar Tree for incidentals. Free soda and ice are available during regular business hours inside The Car Barn. Take your mugs and fill them up on us! We own The Car Barn and our tiny homes are located behind the Car Barn. We are within minutes of dining, grocery shopping, fueling stations, laundry facilities, side-by-side rentals, mountain biking, Zion NP, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake and many more beautiful Southern Utah parks and recreation areas. Southern Utah is so warm and friendly. Much of what you'll need is within walking distance.
