비수기에는 건물이 상당히 비어 있었지만 뒤에 버려진 건물처럼 보이는 곳에 우리를 집어넣었습니다. 황량했고 테라스 문이 잠기지 않아 안전하다고 느끼지 못했습니다. 방은 역겹게 더러웠고 싱크대에 몇 주 된 음식 / 찌꺼기가 있었고 화장실 주변의 바닥은 더러웠습니다. 샤워실은 한동안 청소를 하지 않았고 곰팡이가 피었습니다. 체크아웃을 하고 다른 호텔로 이동했습니다.

We are vacationing in Hurghada for the first time. But we really liked it, beautiful territory, large beach, lots of places. Several pools, one warm. Delicious food, plenty of choice. Super animation, stretching, yoga, darts, water aerobics, entertainment all day

The resort is amazing,staff are so friendly and helpful,entertainment every night by the fabulous animation team,the beach is fantastic with dolphins leaping out of the water,from bosses to gardeners and everyone involved in this hotel the biggest thank you from Richard and myself

I travelled here solo for vacations and really enjoyed it. I stayed there 10 days. Receptionist were kind, they have answered me all the questions and helped me with all my concerns. Room (I was in 422 room) was cleaned every day, all with high standards. The beach was also keeped in clean and reserved area. I like animations - mostly the zumba with Joe and yoga with Valeria, but also show time with belly dancer. All good, I could recommend that place! :)

Location was great and the rooms were good. Food was tasteless in restaraunt. Personal was friendly, but few things are a bit confused. Wifi not free and you have to pay for that and its not working perfectly and not all personal can speak english. But anyway its a good place to visit, a loy of activities near by Hurgada and you can lovely spend your time.

Great experience. Thanks to Valeria , Jo and Irina and the rest of the animation team- they were amazing and making sure we are well comforted and looked after.They were all friendly and made us and my daughter feel at home at the hotel and pool premises

I like this hotel so much and a beach so so so nice really and thay have two 2 pool and ots else very nice and else stuff they very good guys and else the food so so good everyday another suff and the rooom very nice and very new 👍🤗😘🤝and they have animaition they evryday make another show and they with you all the time in hotel so you wkll never feel boring anymore i love palm beach resort and u have to try really
