안전하지 않다고 느꼈고 직원들은 우리에게 에어컨 카드 2장을 주는 것을 거부했습니다.

酒店環境不錯，在房間可以看紅海。設施陳舊，被子毛巾什麼的比較發黑。客流量比較多，歐洲人比較多，服務質量很一般。停車入住什麼都要查，護照駕駛證行駛證甚至還要看來埃及的機票，有點過分，入住體驗不佳。

놀라운 호텔 직원, 애니메이션, 음식, 바다가 훌륭하고 모든 직원이 웃으며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 너무 좋아서 곧 다시 올 것입니다. 어린이, 커플, 가족에게 좋습니다. 모래사장과 산호해변 모든 쇼핑 지역에서 가깝습니다. 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 스파 헬스케어를 이용할 수 있습니다.

호텔은 오래되었지만 직원들은 완벽했습니다. 생맥주가 그리웠습니다. 풀 가드 Sherif, 비치 바 직원 Soliman, Bilal, Abdelrahman에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 그리고 2001-2010년 객실을 맡아주신 룸 키퍼에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 정말 완벽한 서비스였습니다! 감사합니다!

우리는 이곳에 여러 번 왔고 지난번에는 5월에 머물렀습니다. 멋진 객실, 모든 것이 매우 가깝고 편리합니다. 이곳의 음식이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 모든 것이 매우 맛있고 직원들은 친절합니다. 정말 좋아요. 애니메이션이 정말 개선되어야 할 유일한 점

와, 이 호텔에서 정말 놀라운 경험을 했습니다! 들어서는 순간부터 멋진 장식과 친절한 직원에게 압도당했습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 아름답게 디자인되었고, 맛있는 식사 옵션도 있었습니다. 숨 막힐 듯한 전망과 관광 명소로의 쉬운 접근성이 있는 완벽한 위치였습니다. 이 호텔에 대해 아무리 좋은 말을 해도 모자랄 정도입니다. 정말 제 기대를 뛰어넘었고 제 숙박을 잊지 못하게 만들었습니다. 강력히 추천합니다!

The experiente was nice but it has some Black and White marks, first the beach it was awesome you can make snorkeling at the beach you see a lot of Fish ! In the staff you find some "tipsman" but you can find some nice too , the rooms was good and the room service too, food is not awesome... but is acceptable, the cakes are 1000/10 , the drinks have a lowcost alcool , and have warm galasses... btw very hard to find alcool drink in that zone, the recption has a strategy with tips to give you the best room , it not was nice ...and the reception forced to give money..

The hotel is good, not perfect, just ok. We were 3 persons in the room, but they didn't give us towels for 3. I had to tell them 4 times that we need one more towel, but nothing... The staff is not very kind, starting from the reception, bar, and room service. I noticed that they don't do their job with pleasure. Excepting the staff, the hotel is very nice. The location is great, the beach is nice, you can do snorkeling at the hotel. Food is ok. Drinks are bad. Nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks, all are bad. They say that they have Aqua park. No. They have 3 slides.

Great hotel amazing staff and the animation team was really good specially Inna from the day I arrived till I left was a really good animation team very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel I had a really great time there, and it was not my first visit

The room is in a very bad condition ! When i m arrive i stay 2/3 houers for give a room ! In the reception the want to charge you for a good room but is a bad room ! I don t recomand this hotel ! We are a group about 24 person ! But nobody want to come back here ! It s so so bad ...... don t recomand !

Very nice hotel. I always come here. Like the beach and food. This time very nice girl in animation team Inna. She makes very good stretching in the morning and yoga in the afternoon. Also nice Manu kids animator. She interntains kids during the day and in the evening. And of course Olesya from the reseption is the best. Solves all the problems

I really liked the atmosphere, satisfied with a holiday and recommend this hotel to everyone. They also liked the workers, they are very sweet and welcoming. Every day we had different programs thanks to animators, they have a separate gratitude. The kitchen was also delicious, it was a very large choice. I and my friends liked the holiday, I will always choose your hotel. Thank you!!

The holiday turned out to be excellent, greatly exceeding expectations. The area is pleasant and cozy. The rooms are very comfortable. The cuisine changed and constantly pleased. Separately, I would like to note the very active work of the animators, they will not let you get bored at any time!

Disgusting, horrible, no free net. Staff friendly. Rooms old old, molded, dirty. Food repeative. Definitely NOT coming back. Place neglected badly. Cheap. Cheap. Nothing like the pictures in the internet at all. Aqua park sad looking..
