The first-floor layout is open concept featuring a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula, and a high-top breakfast table that seats 4. A King master suite with a jacuzzi tub, a half bath, and a laundry room is also located on the first level. The second floor boasts a King bedroom with work desk & TV, 2 large Queen bedrooms, and a double bed with a pull out single. There is also a full bath with a shower/tub combo on this level. NEW this year, is a fully finished basement featuring a pool table, sitting area with large TV, table that seats 6 for games or an additional eating space. Outside you can relax and enjoy nature while sitting on the wrap around covered porch, having a campfire at the fire pit, or cooking dinner on the 3-foot Blackstone (propane provided). Trough Creek State Park and Raystown resort less than five miles away. Many other attractions are all within 5-10 miles in any direction.
