Stayed at Beverly Premier Inn it was a lovely experience,the breakfast was delicious and all staff was polite and helpful the manager was very friendly and chatty we all really loved it

We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and was checked in and directed to our room quickly. Lovely clean room as we’ve come to expect with Premier Inn stays and the room was nice and cool on a very warm day. Breakfast in the restaurant was outstanding with so much variety for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Rooms were not fresh, in fact smelt disgusting The receptionist moved us twice and was very understanding. She explained that the smell was from the carpet glue. And it smelt of vomit when it warm. The shower head had a shoe lace wrapped around it to stop a leak. The light fitting near the door was hanging out. Only had 1 towel , requested another which we didn’t get! We spent 2 nights here and was the worst premier inn we have ever stayed in

The hotel is conveniently located for the centre of Beverley. The rooms were very quiet and beds were very comfortable. Beakfasts were very good and well presented. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. So why the low rating? We only had one set of towels for two adults and had to make two requests for another set, there was no heating in the room or hot water available until we asked for it. The grouting around bathroom tiles had what appeared to be black mould which was also around the taps. Parking can be costly as it is a multistory car park so every time you take your car out for the day, evening meal, or park overrnight you are charged.

We arrived early so Alice put our bags into secure storage while we spent an hour or two exploring the area. Check in by the staff later was a breeze. We told the staff it was my partners 81st birthday . Our room was as clean and comfortable as ever and a card and present had been left in our room, such a thoughtful touch. Our table at dinner had a "happy birthday" banner ready for us and a sweet treat followed later. Thanks a lot to Alice, Danielle and Danny the chef for making our stay truly memorable.
