호텔 에큐큐 I(Hotel Ekuikui I)

Check the rooms. The ac doesn’t work in many and my first bed was so soft I could feel the springs. They were good about finding me a room with ac and a hard mattress the next day. The breakfast isn’t great…. Bread was stale but the fresh fruit was good. The restaurant cooked good tasty food, but they don’t have most of the menu items. So I suggest just asking what they have. I did have a wonderful massage and a manicure, but you need to book the day before and then remind them on the day. Warning the massage woman routinely stops short of time. I’ve heard this from several people. My 2 hour massage was just 1 hour 20 mins. I pointed this out and she said I could adjust the payment .. which I did Wi-Fi was not strong anywhere in the hotel and kept on disconnecting.

Une douche cassée, un évier bouché, du bain moussant en guise de shampooing, une climatisation insuffisante, une carte du restaurant qui ne peut pas être honorée, des erreurs dans la commande du menu… bref 3 étoiles seraient suffisantes… Le personnel est sympathique…

我很喜歡在這家酒店的經歷。在我抵達的時候，我得到了酒店安排的從機場到酒店的轉乘。酒店擁有優越的地理位置，靠近最受歡迎的花園，也在政府建築和像是Novo Império和Restaurante Huambo（也稱作RH）這些餐廳附近。房間很乾凈，床單也很乾凈，浴室也是。我在熱水方面有問題。我不得不給管家和接待處打電話，請他們為我修理，儘管他們稍微慢了一點，但後來還是給我解決了問題。我不得不將水龍頭打開放水5分鐘，水才會變熱。浪費了那麼多水讓我覺得很心疼-我討厭那些花長時間淋浴或是泡浴缸的人，可是現下我也沒有其他解決方法。我並沒有嘗試酒店的餐廳和客房服務。等下次再來Huambo的時候，我還會住在這家酒店。毫無疑問！

O único lado positivo do hotel é o seu aspecto exterior, tudo o resto é (está) totalmente degradante. Toda a equipa é lenta, pouco afável e totalmente desligada. As carpetes dos quartos têm imensas manchas, o pó estava por limpar, as camas (colchões) super desconfortáveis, o ar condicionado funciona a meio gás mostrando nitidamente uma necessidade urgente de ser limpo e aspirado pois tem cadas de pó acumuladas. A higiene das casas de banho foram as piores que já vi num hotel com manchas de bolor bem visíveis na zona dos duches, a água do banho esteve sempre fria e foi inclusive necessário ligar para a recepção para que fossem entregar as toalhas de banho ao quarto. O atendimento do bar do hotel é totalmente horrível dando a parecer que nos estão a fazer um favor!!! A piscina está sempre à sombra (independentemente da hora do dia). O estacionamento do hotel que se intitula ter 4 estrelas é num terreno em terra batida, ou seja, quando chove é impossível manter os sapatos limpos. O pequeno almoço é "razoável" mas logo pela manhã temos música alta como se tratasse de um Pub. Simpatia = zero Profissionalismo = zero Atenção ao bem estar do cliente = zero Deveriam seriamente pensar em fechar portas durante uns tempos e ponderarem uma reformulação a fundo.
