The appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.

Spent 4 nights. The apartments are fine, except the very noisy air conditioning system, the outdated broken bathroom furnishing and the blanket holes. The air temperature in the swimming pool zone is too high - over 33C which is unbearable for kids and for adults. If it is lowered would be a very pleasant experience. When you have a buffet breakfast you expect to have eggs, sausages and pancakes prepared and pick it yourself not to have to ask for them, to order them and to wait. The chicken for dinner was smelly. Price for dinner is 21 euros per adult. The reception staff is very nice and the location is fine as it is close to the airport and our list of places to see. The negatives are really easy to fix, once done would make it a really nice place to stay!

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌

Estuvimos alojados en un apartamento de 2 dormitorios. Era muy amplio, tranquilo, luminoso y acogedor. Todas las instalaciones son muy nuevas y están muy cuidadas. El desayuno muy bueno. El trato muy amable. El personal magnífico. Volvería a repetir.

Perfecto para desconectar en familia y relajarte en el spa. Tambien la cafetería dispone de chikipark. El hotel dispone de habitaciones y apartamentos completos. La zona es muy tranquila y hay varios restaurantes. Volveremos pronto . Gracias

el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario tanto para prepararte la comida (vajilla, lavavajilla) sin lo ves oportuno, como para descansar (un salon comodo) y relajarte en el spa..Es la 5ta vez que vamos a pasar un par de dias, y esta vez la piscina del spa me parecio un poco sucia (como arena en el suelo) pero estoy segura de que esto mejorara pronto

Estuvimos 5 días en familia en los apartamentos, están cerca de todo: Santander, Cabárceno, valles pasiegos, aeropuerto. El apartamento estaba impecable, limpísimo, la cocina sin una gota de suciedad ni la nevera y el microondas. La cama grande comodísima, el sofá cama no tanto, pero era lo esperado. Suficientes toallas y mantas. Bañera hidromasaje limpia. Terraza enorme con muebles y limpia. El spa está abierto un montón de horas y está bien, aunque necesita reparar alguna cosa, porque aunque es un gran espacio, se ve que está menos cuidado y limpio. El buffet del hotel, no es grande, pero si variado, completo y con comida que te hacen al momento. Creo que cubre todas las necesidades y así se desperdicia menos comida. En el hotel los pasiegos, comida muy buena, abundante y perfecta de precio y el trato muy bueno. Los sobaos riquísimos.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos aquí.Calidad precio adecuada,apartamentos amplios y camas cómodas,además de una cocina con lo básico para poder preparar cualquier cosa.En nuestro caso no la utilizamos y pedimos que nos prepararan para llevar en cafetería,todo un acierto,rapidez y estaba buenísimo, además de una amabilidad exquisita.Los sobaos del desayuno y la tortilla de atún espectaculares
