The staff is nice! It’s an older hotel so don’t expect much but the room was clean and quite! I enjoyed my stay!

Good location right at the corner of i10 and hwy6. Room was clean. Lobby looked really nice. Friendly staff. Check in and check out was really fast. Plenty of parking. Also as per usual with best western and other 3* hotels, there was a coffee maker. All in all it was a great hotel at a surprisingly low cost. Would recommend.

Hotel was very clean & I have no complaints at all ! Wish we could have made it to the pool because it’s an inside pool but we had a busy schedule! But room was clean & I like the fact they had two elevators in the lobby instead of just one ! Will definitely book again !

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially by how nice and professional the staff members were! The bed was comfortable and ny FAVORITE part was how well you COULDN'T hear the ither guests in their rooms. It was so quiet, even though it was busy, which allowed us to all sleep well for our entire stay. If I had to find something to complain about, the breakfast was decent but nothing special and the gym area was bare. Only one machine, an elliptical, was functional and it seems all of the weights had been stolen or removed. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, Great Property. Most staff great. Indoor pool way too much chlorine and ice cold.

Do not stay at this hotel if you want a good nights sleep. Although the hotel facilities are new the noise from the road is horrendous. It's so loud you think you have the windows wide open when in fact the windows are closed. And it doesn't stop. The road noise goes on all night so you have disruped sleep. Such a shame.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Reviews were inaccurate. Was disappointed with our stay. Saw a bunch of stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Needs renovation. Room looks old. The room thermostat was very faulty. Went into heater mode automatically a couple times. They were also very strict with having extra linens or towels. I have never had this issue in any hotel before. They refused to provide any extra sheets or blankets.

Ladybugs in my room, I have to call housekeeping to vaccumm all the room including the curtains as soon as I got my room, because the manager told me they dont have any other double occupancy room available and I dont find a reasonable rated room in the area at that point. I book the hotel with 3-4 month in advanced.

We liked the location. It was easy to find. Even though it was next to the road, it was quiet inside. Clean and modern looking inside. Good breakfast. Disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, as this was the reason why I booked this hotel. Very disappointed.

The rooms were fine. The part I did not like was that they charged my card $115 before I got there and when I got there they charged another $115 plus a $100 deposit. So they wanted to hold up $315 of my money. I got the $100 back on check out because my aunt gave me the cash so they didn’t hit my card up for $100. I’m still waiting on getting my $115 back from the first initial charge which I was told was going to be released on check out and it was not.
