The absolute worst . TV didn't work my entire stay. Room smelled of mold and mildew. Staff was rude and knew nothing about nothing. Checked out and they kept my deposit even though I don't smoke. Can't wait to call corporate Monday morning.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures on your website. The grass was overgrown, there were gunshot shells scattered throughout the parking lot. There were homeless people laying on the ground and begging for money. The ************ on this property was ridiculous and not hidden. The building was dilapidated and not kept. I was frightened to even get out my car. I called *********** to make them aware I even took pictures and submitted them to them. I was a single female by myself. They could careless about my safety. Yet, they called the hotel and Adres the front desk clerk stated that they could guarantee my safety. What? How in the hell could they guarantee that ? Then he stated that the homeless people were guest not vagrants! Really??? They are actually laying on the ground with baskets holding signs asking for money. I lost money ….I refused to stay and went somewhere else. *********** did nothing to assist me. They assisted this raggedy hotel to keep my money and not refund it. This is false advertisement! It’s looks like a homeless shelter. I will never utilize this platform again!! Run don’t stay here it’s dangerous and you will be in danger !!

Location is very good. The size of room was bigger than I expected. But, there was so noisy when I was trying to sleep. I heard about sounds kind of shot.(not fireworks..) Except for noise, everything was good!

Walls are crumbling, there is mold on walls and a cockroach ran out in front of us in the hallway as we were going to check out.

Don't let the pictures trick you, they must be frim when the place opened cause like the picture make a look like a humble but still fresh experience. But its actually so outdated and the place smells damp and almost moldy like when you haven't cleaned the fridge in a while. There ia only one wlevayor and it was broken.The ac took forever to kick in and weren't consistent. The shower floor had some kind of vinyl piece glued in the tub and it kept getting filled with water. Overall the place seemed to be falling apart. The staff was friendly and helpful, honestly if your just planning to sleep and shower and spend the rest of your time out on the streets its not a bad option but if you wanna chill and relax at the hotel its not the best

The absolute worst experience ever. I showed up, told the employee that I had an ******* reservation. They told me that my payment method I had used was invalid somehow and so they proceeded to charge me again. I figured I’d get it worked out with ******* but they contacted the Baymont on my behalf and they still would not refund me after double charging me for my 4 night stay. The room was musty and I saw a couple of roaches in the room. The elevator and ice machine did not work. My card deactivated every time I left the room so I’d keep having to go back to the counter. The location is horrible as it is right as you get off the highway so it is easy to pass up and you can’t turn around. I would never recommend this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
