The service was brilliant, the prices were really fair, the food served was excellent in quality and size. The room was perfect and clean. The best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. Simple parking, very conveniently located to local sites.

I always choose Premier Inn when traveling to France via the Channel Tunnel. Their Folkestone hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the tunnel's check-in, making it an ideal stopover. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and boasts very friendly staff. Plus, there's a restaurant on site, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. And with plenty of free parking spaces available, you can drive in and out with ease. The Premier Inn Folkestone (Channel Tunnel) hotel offers great-value rooms, free Wi-Fi.

Disappointing stay at Premier Inn, hotel looks very tired, outside areas could do with a general cleaning and tidying up. Breakfast a let down compared with previous stays in other Premier Inns. Insufficient staff servicing restaurant, restaurant looks like it is in need of a refresh.

The room smelled so bad I had to resort to using a car airfreshener to mask the odour. A combination of bad drains and damp doesn't make for a great experience. Thank goodness it was only for a few hours overnight before we caught the ferry. Convenient carparking and close proximity to the port the only positives. I have already cancelled our stay on the return journey.

Receptionist checked in someone not listed on my booking so I arrived to find my booking that I paid for in my name already had someone in there that wasn't authorised to be in there. Bedroom curtains had suspicious white stains on them which was disgusting. Toilet was heavily stained inside which was off putting. Staff unfriendly and not interested in guests. Arrived and had to wait a long time for a receptionist to come to the desk to check me in as it was not staffed. Staff in the morning on check out were not friendly and were slagging off a guest when I walked up to them.

Although the room, bed & evening meal were good, we had prepaid for breakfasts, but on arrival for breakfast we were told there was no hot food as they didn't have a Chef! Continental choice was poor. Still trying to get a refund for breakfasts, but so far Premier Inn are not responding.
