Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. I had a wonderful stay at the Water Flows in Moon Hotel in a suite sea-view room. The hotel has a charming boutique feel, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The service staff were excellent — warm, attentive, and always ready to help. They were also very responsive on WeChat, which made communication quick and convenient throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a modern, high-tech control system that made everything easy to manage. The sea view was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches: the breakfast felt homely and comforting, and the daily afternoon tea (with cakes and drinks) as well as the nightly sweet soup were lovely additions that made the experience feel extra special. The location is convenient and easily accessible by Didi, which made getting around simple. The only downside was the housekeeping, which could be improved — our beds were not made and the floor wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for its service, comfort, and overall experience.

다리에서 돌아오는 마지막 날, 시안윈 호텔에 묵었어요. 도착하니 무료로 객실 업그레이드를 해주셨는데, 뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 방 구조도 훌륭했고, 빔 프로젝터와 큰 욕조도 있었어요. 떠날 때는 공항까지 무료로 데려다주셔서 서비스가 정말 좋다고 느꼈습니다.

테라스가 있는 객실을 예약하세요.테라스로 나가거나 커튼을 열면 얼하이 호수와 창산의 멋진 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 방도 크고 편안하고 깨끗했어요 아침에 삼촌이 아침을 차려주셨는데 쌀국수가 정말 맛있었어요! ! 정말 귀여운 새끼 고양이 양샤오류(Yang Xiaoliu)가 있는데, 밤에는 소파에 이모 옆에 자리잡고 있고, 아침에는 먹이를 찾아 찾아다닐 것입니다. 1층에 작은 안뜰이 있어 매우 편안합니다. 방에서 영화도 볼 수 있습니다. 밤에 안뜰에서 술 한잔하는 것이 여러분의 동경의 삶입니다. 환대해주신 삼촌, 이모님 감사합니다!

구시가지 한가운데에 완벽한 두 개의 객실. 훌륭한 위치, 놀라운 수저 욕조 및 시설이 완비된 욕실. 매우 편안한 침대와 모든 곳에 많은 공간이 있습니다. 조용하고 긴 하루를 탐험한 후 잠자기에 좋습니다. 차가워지고 태양을 잡을 수있는 아주 멋진 테라스. 그리고 골목 건너편에 달리에서 먹었던 최고의 아메리카노가 있는 카페가 있습니다. 마지막으로 매우 정중하고 정중한 직원, 특히 Liu. 잠재적인 개선 사항: 메인 룸의 TV가 좋을 것이며 아침 식사에 대해 조금 더 다양합니다(7일 동안의 정확한 식사는 약간 지루했습니다). 언젠가 다시 여기에 머물기를 바랍니다. 감사!

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positive experiences and significant disappointments. Let me start with the highlights, which were undoubtedly the service and the food. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and prompt to respond to any requests we made. Their welcoming attitude was commendable. We also enjoyed the meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was nice. However, we faced several critical issues with our room that severely impacted our comfort and rest. Firstly, the room description was misleading. It explicitly mentioned access to a private hot spring, which was a key factor in our booking decision. To our disappointment, there was no hot spring facility available. The most significant problem was the air conditioning. The hotel uses a centralized A/C system. On the night of our stay, as the room was warm, we needed cooling. However, we were informed that because most of the guest had switched to heating mode, the A/C could not be turned on for our room. To make matters worse, no fan was provided as an alternative. We returned to the hotel quite late, and only realized the A/C issue around 1:30 AM. With the room being uncomfortably warm and stuffy, our only recourse was to leave the room door open for quite some time to cool it down. This was a major downside as it disrupted our much-needed rest time, especially since we had to wake up at 8:00 the next morning. This situation was highly inconvenient and frankly, unacceptable. In summary, while the service team and dining experience are great, the inaccuracies in the room description and the critical lack of climate control in the room make it difficult to recommend without reservation. We hope the management addresses these issues.

시설: 방은 넓고 전통적인 중국식으로 꾸며져 있었고, 앞쪽에는 녹색 식물이 가득한 발코니가 있었고 뒤쪽에는 세탁물을 건조하기 편리한 작은 마당이 있어서 3박을 묵었습니다. 욕조가 커서 입욕제를 사용하기 편리했고, 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 유일한 문제는 샤워 물이 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 한다는 점이었습니다. 헬스장은 있었지만 세탁실은 없었습니다. 위생: 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯이, 보통 수준이었고 수용할 만했습니다. 베개에서 머리카락을 발견하기도 했습니다. 환경: 오션뷰 객실은 전망이 좋았습니다. 앞쪽에 공사 중단된 건물이 있었지만 일출을 보거나 얼하이 호수를 멀리서 보는 데는 지장이 없었습니다. 위치는 삼탑 뒤 산 위에 있었는데, 외진 곳은 아니었습니다. 휴일 피크 시간에는 아래 도로가 일방통행으로 통제되어 나갈 때는 편리했지만 돌아올 때는 우회해야 했습니다. 고성보다 교통 체증이 덜하고 비교적 조용한 숙소였습니다. 자가용 이용 시 문 앞에 주차할 수 있어서 매우 편리했지만, 택시는 잡기 어려웠습니다. 서비스: 아침 식사는 다른 사람들이 말했던 것만큼 나쁘지 않았습니다. 얼쓰(쌀국수)가 맛있었고, 씨더우펀(콩 가루 수프)도 있었습니다. 방을 둘러보던 중 물건을 깨뜨렸는데 직원분이 친절하게 처리해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

마치 천국에 들어선 듯한 논밭 속에 숨겨진 작은 세계 각 객실은 다락방으로 설계되어 있으며 지붕에는 채광창이 있어 침대에 누워서도 운해를 바라볼 수 있습니다. 2층에는 얼하이호가 바로 보이는 테라스가 있어요! 문 앞에는 몸을 담글 수 있는 풀장과 롤링 셔터가 있어 프라이버시 걱정은 하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

객실은 꽤 넓습니다. 다만 위치가 경사지에 있어서 걸어 올라가기가 좀 힘들지만, 디디를 타고 호텔까지 갈 수 있어서 괜찮습니다. 조식은 기본적이고 훌륭합니다. 시설은 꽤 기본적인 편입니다. 저희가 묵었을 때 호텔에서 약간의 리모델링 공사를 진행했습니다. 하지만 대부분 외출해서 그런지 괜찮았습니다. 추위를 잘 막아주는 온열 패드가 있습니다. 호텔에서 보이는 전망도 좋습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 기차역까지 무료 셔틀을 제공한다는 것입니다. 미리 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다! 이 호텔 바로 옆에 언덕 위에 아주 좋은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 음식이 정말 맛있으니, 여기 묵는다면 꼭 드셔보세요!
