Clean, decent hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and food was decent. There was AC and hot water, more than can be staid of most budget hotels in India. The pool was clean and refrain g at the end of a hot day of seeing the sites. Overall, a solid place.

This was a truly disappointing experience, and I strongly advise against wasting your money and travel time here. Despite its "international" label, this establishment offers none of the expected amenities. We were, quite frankly, robbed. During one of our excursions, gold jewelry was stolen from my purse in our room. When we requested the email address for complaints, the staff refused to provide it. They've been claiming to be "investigating" since this morning, citing a "trustworthy employee," but no action has been taken. Only after repeated requests did they finally review the CCTV footage. We had checked our valuables before leaving for our excursion, so we know the theft occurred while we were out. To add insult to injury, there was no hot water in the room, and the breakfast was subpar. This entire experience was horrifying. The staff is uncooperative, refusing to share contact information for complaints, and offering no support or customer service whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Pathetic experience, don't waste your money and travel experience. There is no such any amenities as international tag. They simply looted the customer. From our room during our site visits, our gold jewellery has been taken from our purse. On asking the complaint email id they are not ready to share. Since morning they are telling trustable employee but no action was taken. On our request they checked the CCTV camera. Before our site visits we check the valuables and then started out journey. Don't waste your money guys. No hot water in room breakfast also not good. We got a horrifying experience. They are rigid to share the complaint email id and no support or customer service.

I recently visited this Hotel and I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The Food served in the restaurant was delicious and pocket-friendly. The rooms were very neat and the washroom was clean. There is ample parking but the only issue is if you are going with an EV there is no charging which I think needs to be addressed by the management. The HouseKeeping staff is very good. We forgot to take an item(Jewellery) in the hotel and checked out. Even after check-out, they provided very good cooperation in helping us find the item really appreciate the help and support of the staff.

Staying from 6th till 9th Nov.Very pathetic staff service and room conditions 1)Bathroom door was not working .Staff took full day from 9 am till evening to repair door and still not repaired. 2) Floor tiles were majorly damaged. 3)Staff doesn't come inspite of 2-3 reminders. 4) Restaurant room service doesn't respond and doesn't come even after 4-5 calls. Not sure how the hotel owner runs this hotel with such pathetic state of affairs.from Pravash Raikar

Worst experience. Booked premium room. When room was given, it was not cleaned bathroom had all the stains. Shifted to another room and this room has urine smell in the bed. It’s very awful smell. When asked to speak to manager they say no manger is here. Never book this hotel.
