MainStay Suites Horsham - Philadelphia

Date of Stay: 07/04/2025 We had high hopes for our visit, especially after a fantastic check-in experience—the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay took a disturbing turn (my furry kid found out that there was a mouse trapped under the couch coz she smells cheese snackies). Wait what? A mouse trapped inside a hotel room? Kiddos are feeling scared, but hopefully the little mouse better not come out to scare us. During the night, while my family and I were asleep, we heard some noise that seemed like someone was playing a plastic bag!!! We discovered that a mouse had gotten into our garbage, which had been left on the table. This was both unsettling and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Cleanliness and pest control are basic expectations, and this incident left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the overall hygiene standards. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their maintenance and cleanliness procedures. It’s a shame, because the staff were wonderful and working hard to give guests a good experience.

It was nice. Just your basic room beds were comfortable. Had a little problem with a/c was very cold than we adjusted and it was to hot kinda figured it out.

Our stay was great!! The gentleman at the front desk /check in was great and explained everything about the hotel, amenities and breakfast. The room was great and comfortable. Perfect home away from home trip!!

Very friendly, nice facility. Good room, with full kitchen, comfortable bed, clean towels... Hotel allows dogs - thank you very much for this option. Staff polite and friendly. Very good experience! Definitely recommend

Super loud until late into the night. We were kept awake until past 1am because they did not enforce the curfew. There were multiple people making a lot of noise in the lobby/diner area and the sound traveled straight up. We tried to both call the front desk and message them but there was no response. We will not stay here again.

Great spot for having a little kitchenette in your room bigger than my kitchenette in my apartment, Staff was always helpful very accomidating, breakfast in the morning was great, overall experience was wonderful. Vert comfortable, safe,
