Here you will have easy access to world-class recreation and endless Rocky Mountain adventure (skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, golf & more) with the convenience of nearby amenities.-- THE LOCATION -- Nestled on manicured grounds right next to the EagleVail golf clubhouse, the three-level home offers two private decks with beautiful views.Outside, a wall of aspen trees and lush grounds create the feeling of privacy, with the EagleVail golf course steps away, as well as walking access to EagleVail community’s summer outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts (*additional cost per person varies per season). In the winter, the golf course becomes a Nordic cross-country track. You can also explore the surrounding hiking and biking trails which lie just minutes from the property.For a change of pace from outdoor adventure, you can spend time exploring Avon, Beaver Creek or Vail Village, with their array of shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants and bars. Grocery, pharmacy and other conveniences are within a short 10 minute drive.Take advantage of two on-site parking spaces to explore the surrounding area. -- THE PROPERTY --An open-concept living area welcomes you on the main level with lofty ceilings, wood floors, and large bay windows overlooking the golf course with aspen-framed views out to the mountains. A full bathroom is located on this level.A gas fireplace and large-screen TV on the main level provide for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain, while the adjacent deck offers an ideal outdoor setting for apres-ski with a wicker sofa, gas grill and gas heat lamp. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove and four stools at the breakfast and bar table to enjoy meals at home. You may also choose to dine al fresco. Ideal for a couple or small family, the condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests between the primary suite and additional downstairs living room with a full-size Murphy bed that can be utilized as a bedroom: Primary Bedroom - Top Level Queen Bed The only room on the third floor, the primary suite greets guests with vaulted ceilings, rough-sawn beams, and a wall of picture windows. Guests have a wall-mounted TV, built-in custom desk with screen & keyboard, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom 2 - Lower Level Full Murphy Bed The sunny room, which can function as a den or second bedroom, mirrors the living area with a gas fireplace, large-screen TV, and bay windows. Glass doors open onto a covered patio with a charming porch swing. Guests utilizing the full-size Murphy bed have a private bathroom with a step-in shower. If needed, guests could also use the fold out twin sofa chair for additional sleeping space. This luxury condo is the perfect Vail Valley getaway!Our beautiful mountain condo has been completely updated for your comfort. This is a quiet top floor (third floor) 2bd 2ba condo overlooking the Eagle River. 1185 Sq Ft.Enjoy natural light, mountain and river views. Warm up with the fireplace or private in-room sauna at the end of day. The unit is set away from any highway noise. Open up the sliding glass doors for fresh mountain air and the sounds of the Eagle River.The Master bedroom includes a King bed, sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and Eagle River and a private bath including a sauna and rain shower. The over-sized guest room has a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle bed underneath. The guest room also has a tv and private balcony. There is an additional full sized bathroom just outside the guest room complete with jetted tub and shower. For additional guests, pull out the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and snuggle up in front of the wood burning fireplace. There is a private washer (Miele WXD160 WCS installed in April 2024) and dryer (Miele TXR860WP Eco & Steam installed in April 2024) in the unit for your convenience. The condo accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests and is a great spot for family games or cards. All linens are provided. The community pool and hot tub (also overlooking the Eagle River) are conveniently located just down the stairs from our unit. There are towels available in our unit for pool and hot tub use. The pool is typically open June through September; the hot tub is open year round. Occasionally the pool and/or hot tub may be closed for routine maintenance or repair. WiFi, a wood burning fireplace (with extra firewood on the deck), and a gas grill are available for your use.A large mud room in the entryway is a great place to set extra gear. Deck faces the Eagle River. Nearby to skiing, hiking, and fishing. The Eagle River is steps away.Close to skiing at Beaver Creek (less than a mile to entrance) and 5 miles to Vail (right on the bus route). 28 miles to Copper Mountain, 45 miles to Breckenridge, 47 miles to Keystone, 50 miles to Arapahoe Basin, and 93 miles to Aspen. Historic Minturn is 5 miles away.Door access to the condo: - We will send you a keycode on the smart lock keypad prior to your arrival. There is an on-site property manager in the SunRiver complex for emergencies only. One dedicated covered parking spot and additional uncovered parking is available. Please note the complex cannot accommodate trailer or RV parking. Please also note there is no elevator; the unit is on the third floor and can only be accessed by stairs. Directions: From I-70 west, take the first EagleVail exit 169. Turn left at the stoplight and proceed 1 mile west on Hwy 6. Proceed through the round-a-bout at Post Blvd, continuing on Hwy 6. The SunRiver complex is the first right turn after the round-a-bout, directly across the street from the Shell station. After turning in to SunRiver, take an immediate right underneath building C and pull into the assigned parking spot for unit B302 on the right. Building B is located in the back corner of the complex by the pool area along the river. Transportation: - There is an ECO transit bus stop half a block from the condo along Hwy 6 that will travel to Avon (westbound to the Westin Riverfront Gondola that accesses Beaver Creek) or Vail (eastbound to the Vail Transportation Center) for $4 each way. Buses arrive every 15-30 minutes, and are an easy and convenient way to get around the valley! Hop a free bus (short 5 minute ride) from there to either the main village or The Landing that provides direct access to Bachelor Gulch and the Ritz Carlton. Welcome to our cozy apartment nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek with only a 9 minute drive to the slopes. The apartment is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing and tennis/pickleball courts. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room with a refreshment or drink. Great place for solo travelers, couples and small groups. As you enter the apartment you will find a full living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the kitchen you will find access to the washer and dryer. Additionally, from the living room you can enter the full bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and medium size closet. You will have access to all the amenities including, board games, full kitchen equipment, laundry and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Nearest bus stop to ski resorts is a 20 minute walk. Please note that there is no AC (just heating) but summer nights tend to be chilly. A fan is available if needed.Around 1.5 flights of stairs are required to get to the apartment. Note that this apartment is the Lockoff unit, there are some stairs that lead to the upper unit but it is locked off from both sides. Unit has its own entrance and no interaction with other guests is needed. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors is expected but quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. You can reach out to me if there is noise during quite hours. Other-From November 1st to April 30th, on days with more than 3” snow accumulation, all vehicles must be removed from parking lot(s) from 9 AM to 12 PM to allow for proper plowing. A $75 fine will be imposed by HOA if vehicles are not moved.-Closest bus stop to ski resorts is an 20 minute walk or 2 min drive.
